Жыл бұрын
@@chrisstopher2277 Yes but there's good a reason for it. 1st: Forget the $250 price tag, The NHL and the stick companies allow players to wrap sticks for marketing purposes. There's no way to know what the actual stick being used is unless you work as an equipment manager or are a player. It could be a high end stick, it could be a budget stick, It could a completely custom job. 2nd: As strange as it sounds, match rated sticks are designed to fail like that. The Best sticks are made to be as light weight as possible whilst taking as much load as possible from a regular shooting angle. The drawback of this is that they are not designed to take loads from other angles. So yeah stomping on a stick will break it in most cases.
@louiscypher4186
Жыл бұрын
Your follow up question appears to have been zapped by KZitem. If you want be sure you're getting a more robust stick, just by "Team" stock versions of the stick you want these are generally made from more heavy duty material and is what you will find on most amateur and low tier pro-teams as they are designed to last rather then maximise performance. Of course keep in mind that your paying for the branding when you do this, it's not going to be comparable to the Pro-stock let alone a custom stick used by the Pro's.
