This video pushed me over the line to buy a 65 flex. It is very comfortable, way more comfortable then other Jabra headsets I have tried before. ANC is not that powerfull, but better then nothing. Overall satisfied after a full day of use.

🙌 I agree 100% with your feedback! The ANC is not as powerful as headphones that completely surround your ears but in terms of comfort, it’s the most comfortable dual ear headband headset I’ve tried! Thanks so much for supporting our channel and more importantly for sharing your experience and feedback!

Brilliant review, extremely focused. I got all my questions answered here 😊. Currently my WFH daily driver is Elite 45h, which works brilliantly in a low noise environment. However WFO is a different ball game with everyone around chit-chatting and taking calls. I really like 65 flex due to its low profile looks and ANC. But too costly. Probably I'll wait for a sale 😉

Great reviews, thanks! :) I‘m currently torn between the Jabra Flex and a totally different setup: Apple Earpods + Krisp. I enjoy the natural mic sound quality of the earpods much over the Jabras, but I‘m not sure if krisp + earpods can compete in the noise reduction department. Would make for a great test :)

Hi Martin! I've tested Krisp in the past. I find starting with a solid-performing professional-grade headset, along with the Noise Suppression options available through Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and others, is a winning combination. While I LOVE the Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex for its performance, portability, and comfort, the EPOS Impact 1000 Series Microphone is currently at the top of my list for the best Noise Canceling Mic. You should check them out. kzitem.info/news/bejne/upeG23lrsnaJrIo Contact us directly if you have more questions! Mention our KZitem Channel for discounts! Hi, danny! I’m considering between this and evolve2 55. I saw a review saying while 65 flex is more comfortable, it doesn’t give a good grip so that if you bend your head down it’ll slip. Do you experience this? Also how the durability compared between the two models? Thank you!
@CallOneInc
6 ай бұрын
Hi Putri! This is challenging to answer since people have different size and shaped heads. I personally have not experienced this but I understand how folks with smaller heads may. Our Customer Service Manager is very petite and all dual ear headband headsets she tries don't fit well and easily slip if she bends while wearing a headset. Please note, the Evolve2 55 and Evolve2 65 Flex both use Jabra Air Comfort technology and are very lightweight and comfortable. The primary difference between the two is you can fold the Evolve2 65 Flex into a smaller form factor to for easier storage and portability. The Evolve2 65 Flex mic also folds up and hides away while the Evolve2 55 has a longer boom mic arm. Either would be a solid choice.

Hey Danny, thank you so much for the review. I'm still unsure about its comfort over long periods of use. Does it remain comfortable after several hours?
@CallOneInc
Жыл бұрын
Hi Marcos! Thanks for watching and reaching out! Comfort is highly subjective. Based on my personal preference, the Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex was comfortable for long periods. I do my best to wear the headset for 8 hours with and without glasses to test comfort. I can wear the headset all day (if the temperature is moderate, 70-75 degrees Fahrenheit). This is currently the most comfortable headset I've tested, and it's become my default travel headset. The only comparable other is the Shokz Opencomm UC, but they aren't apples to apples in terms of form factor. This is my personal opinion based on my tests. I hope this helps you.

Hi Danny. Thanks for your reviews. I was wondering how the Evolve2 65 Flex compares with the EPOS Impact 1000. In both of your videos, you say that the headset is the best. Is the Jabra the best business headset because of the comfort but the EPOS is the best overall because of sound qualty/ANC and microphone noise reduction? Or should we take chronological order to indicate that you feel the Jabra is clearly superior to the EPOS?
@CallOneInc
Жыл бұрын
Hi Watson Tien! Thanks so much for watching and supporting our channel! Let me clarify. The EPOS Impact 1000 model I tested had the best-performing Noise Canceling Mic in suppressing background noise AND allowing my voice to come through clearly. While some other headsets do a great job suppressing background noise, it sometimes comes at the expense of reduced voice quality. It can sound robotic or garbled. I do not have the EPOS Impact model with ANC, so I could not test it. The Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex is the best overall headset for business, especially for someone like me who works in multiple locations and primarily uses a laptop and mobile phone. The foldable flex feature converts the Evolve2 65 Flex into a smaller form factor, making it easier to stow away in my backpack, along with the PanaCast 20 webcam and the Speak2 75 (stay tuned for upcoming Jabra Speak2 audio performance demo videos). Both are certified for leading UC platforms and applications like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. I like the Qi Wireless charging option available from the Evolve2 65 Flex. Although the EPOS Impact 1000 has a wireless charging stand option, it's less universal than the Evolve2 65 Flex. Also, the Evolve2 65 Flex is available with USB-C or USB-A dongle options, and the EPOS Impact 1000 currently only offers a USB-A dongle but includes a USB-C charging cable. And, of course, I can't ignore the comfort factor. The Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex is exceptionally comfortable, based on my preference, and this is a huge factor to consider if I am in long video meetings or webinars. Based on my tests, the speaker and mic audio quality is excellent across mobile and laptop calls. While the EPOS audio performance is better, considering comfort, portability, USB dongle options, charging options, and comfort, I vote for the Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex. Long-winded, but I hope this clarifies what I meant. Contact us directly if you have more questions! Mention our KZitem Channel for discounts! The mic noise cancellation performs differently depending on which app is used for recording, so don't expect to get the same exact results
@CallOneInc
11 ай бұрын
Correct. For this video I used Windows 11 Camera App. I used the Jabra PanaCast 20 to record vidoe and the Evolve2 65 for the microphone. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Pro 360 2-in-1 Laptop / Tablet. Mic performance changes if using platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams and you enable Noise Suppression. The stronger/higher the setting, the more background noise is suppressed.

This headset has an issue with mic noise cancellation.. or maybe it is the short mic boom... People have told me that they "loose" me at times becuase my voice cuts out, and I saw that it happened in the testing by Danny... It hope it is just a software issue... Not happy so far with them..

Between this and Evolve 2 85? I'm on Teams several hours per day. Currently I'm using Evolve 75. It' s still a good product but I want something better. I was fine with this product so I'm leaning towards Jabra again but obviously I 'm open minded so to say. A friend of mine recommends Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless. What do you think? Thanks in advance.

Based on my tests and the fact that the Evolve 75 was one of my favorite headsets for a while, I would consider these headsets based on the original Evolve 75 style and weight. - Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex - Jabra Evolve2 55 Stereo (available in mono) If you would like a headset that completely covers your ears, like ANC headphones that are Microsoft Teams certified: - Poly Voyager Surround 80 UC - Yealink BH76 Plus - EPOS Adapt 660 Other options: - Poly Voyager Focus 2 - EPOS Impact 1061T ANC - NEW Yealink BH70 (no ANC) I'll have to revisit Evolve2 85 but based on my tests, the Evolve2 65 Flex and Evolve2 55 performed better. The best ANC of the listed is the EPOS Adapt 660. The best Noise Canceling microphone belongs to the EPOS Adapt 1061T ANC. Best overall for my workstyle is the Evolve2 65 Flex. I work from home, corporate office, coffee shops, airport terminals, hotel lobbies and in ride-shares. The Evolve2 65 with it's fold and go style makes it compact and easy to fit in my backpack and transport. It's very lightweight and comfortable so I can wear for long periods of time. The audio has been good in multiple environments. And it's also great simply for streaming music, and audio books.

These sounds like tests arent realistic enough. Just got 65 flex and used it at a park. Picked up all the wind noise in the background other person couldnt hear. So had to mute/unmute and there seemed to be a delay when unmuting 😢 do you have a recommendation for headsets against wind?

Thanks so much for watching and sharing this valuable input. I would like to recreate your use case and create a demo video. What are you connecting to in the park? Laptop or mobile phone? @@CallOneInc oh wow that would be really beneficial - thank you. I was connected to an android mobile via bluetooth just making a simple phone call with the flex. Didnt even get to teams zoom etc. It was just a windy day like your video at the golf course. Ended up speaking directly on the phone and she said it was clearer. I think indoor and outdoor tests are critical to simulate real world so i like how you get out and about. The ones tested in a room through speakers don't help as other factors kick in like doors open and close letting in wind/slamming sounds. Looking forward to seeing your conclusion. Thanks so much. We just did a test as well. The mic seems to "mute" when youre not speaking. So my wife was outside and there was a light breeze. I could only hear the breeze when she was talking. Pretty clever but was still hard to hear her with the breeze in the background. It did the same thing when she tried to use the vaccuum cleaner. It made a higher pitch distorted sound when she was speaking but must have automatically muted when she wasnt. Im obviously no expert but thats what it sounded like was happening to me. You might need to blow a fan on yourself ;) maybe they need to sell a dead cat wind muff that goes over the mic
@gle4178

The other test to make it more realistic is to have 1 person outside near road/park/coffee shop etc using the Flex paired to a mobile and actually call someone through Teams/Zoom etc sitting on a PC and record what it sounds like coming through the speakers talking to them. The other test is to simply by make a phone call and record what it sounds like coming through the other phone through the speakers. Also remember to mute/unmute yourself too as part of the test as many are flagging that there is a delay. The youtube tests all seem to be done individually and not by calling someone so when real people are actually using them, it does sound different as I think when you're recording the video it must work differently to a phone/teams call.
