I cannot express the joy of hearing your voice again after a long time. Due to the difficult time we are facing I was a bit worried. Have still not given up on the QUARD based on stm32. Everything thing sorted, trying to implement Kalman filter for estimating the angles for AL flight. Huge respect for what are you doing. Really you are my Hero.

Thanks for sharing your great software. I looked for a way to make a donation and found this sentence: "If you really like to make a donation, remember the amount that you want to donate and give it to somebody who needs it a lot more than I do". This makes me understand that there are still beautiful people in this world! The next time I meet a beggar I will remember what you wrote and give him the amount I had in mind. Thank you, 1000 times thank you. You are a very good person. 👍

Great to see you again, may God bless u. Actually, I am a student so It will be so kind of you if you give us some details on how to build the waypoint for the quadcopter I mean on how to program and adapt the software app in the laptop to the quad. Thanks very much for your kindness!😊

I left a comment on the previous video, but like last time, I highly suggest you open-source the program. After downloaded the binary, and decompiling it, the source is available quite easily. Not to be offensive in anyway, but from skimming the source code its clear it could use an overhaul, as it was written in a not particular optimized way. The code misses-out on lots of C# features & code-patterns that you are probably unfamiliar with. As a result, the program isn't particularly efficient (and results in potential deadlocks, as you depicted in this video), and would be very difficult to maintain the codebase in its current state (speaking as a Software Engineer primarily working in the C# & NETCORE/.NET5+ realm). With the code open-sourced, the community could assist in updating the code to be far more optimized. Again, I hope you didn't take any of what I said offensively, just some constructive feedback :) Love the work you do! Keep it up!

I have spent a long time learning to make FDM type 3d printers with Fusion360 design, and now I am trying to find ways to learn microcontroller editing, with the ultimate goal of aspiring to have the knowledge to make high quality and inexpensive artificial intelligence prosthetic arms for some needy people in poor and backward areas through 3d printers and inexpensive microcontrollers Arduino.

Serial plotter is eagerly awaited ... And if you provide min max setting and kind of simple level trigger Manu than it will be supercool...

Excellent tool for serial debug... If you add programmable clear screen like terminal than it will be great..this feature missing in most of serial terminal app available for free.. By receiving selected sequence of 2 bytes, the display window clears for next set of data to get visible easily without continue scrolling... More precisely, application gather serial data until it found clear screen command.. once command received app shows all data togather ..and start gathering data again until get next clearscreen command.. this way almost no flickering on monitor window...and much aligned way data can be presented on screen

For the timestamp functionality, I have 2 suggestions: 1. Have a fixed delimitation character at the end of the timestamp. This will make processing a log file easier using scripts. You could use the space which exists there now, but the space becomes the delimiter for the whole line and you may not want to use space as a field delimiter. It could be a user defined character if you want to be fancy. 2. If you keep the timestamp feature only available in Normal mode, it may pay to remember the state when you change, so coming back to Normal mode will restore the setting as it was when you switched away from Normal.

Just work Great! It would be nice to have a Linux version of this application. I do most of my programming on a Linux machine but test my hardware development on a Windows machine because my oscilloscope runs only on a Windows machine.

◆ Dtr check box left side on connect , disconnect button ◆ One extra button for runtime reset ◆ baudrate selection on connect / disconnecte button with drop down list Because its very common ◆ full screen toggle view for running logs

I don’t have any interesting suggestions but more formats for logging would certainly be useful. For example CSV or JSON

Hi JB sir... I think it would be useful to check and display the informations store in the EEPROM of the controller once we connect the serial monitor. So that in any case that it can be retrieved if at all it is essential. I think it is better not to write code everytime to check what is it stored in the EEPROM. I would appreciate it if you include it considering it is useful.

For the second sujestion and ' live ' reformatting, couldn't you have the inbound data as a form of data array? It would be simpler to read stored data, have a pointer to the ' next recieved ' byte and keep adding into it and the pc doing the temporary sorting of data to other styles of output..

Hi, Joop. I'm making a drone for a DIY project and wanted to look at your Arduino code (on your site). But the download link seems to not work anymore. Is there the possibility you could fix it? Regards.

Hi sir, I would like to know something. I have seen the video about dron programming and the result is wonderful, however there is a little incovenient. i ca't afford the transmission controller, which is really expensive for me. Is there any alternative so I dont have to buy that really cost item. MAybe doing it in the cell phone? I would appriciate your help very much, and thank you beforehand

Joop Brokking Hi, I recently subscribed to your videos and have learned a lot from them, but I am not a native English speaker. Can you add subtitles to your videos? That way I can learn your video knowledge through translation software. I have spent a long time exploring and learning Arduino but have not made much progress and can only do some simple projects by imitation.

I've looked a lot for a good serial monitor program but all of them have their flaws. But I have hopes for this one based on your previous awesome work. BTW I cannot download the file. I even tried a VPN but I still don't get any response.
