Joe was intense and the band was tight. I saw the band 1980 in Central Park, wish I could back.

I always think of JJ as having been on the same commercial "channel" as Elvis Costello, who has 1/50th the talent as Joe. How did this happen? DO people not have ears?

I think there is a quandary with this era of Joe J., that is why there are so few reviews. Look Sharp is one of my favorite albums, but he is still too Punk for my liking. He found his audience with his Jazz-inspired and more introspective albums later on. Still, I love this song and the energy.
