If you previously had problems with the chicken being dry when you bake it, I am bringing you a solution to your problem.
Ingredients needed:
1 chicken (mine was 1.5 kg)
1 large can of beer (0.5 l)
For the marinade:
2-3 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons of vegeta
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 full teaspoon of sweet ground pepper
for the sauce:
cooking fat
100-150 ml of beer with pilr
2 teaspoons of thickener or flour
Make the marinade as in the video and rub the chicken well, place it on a tin and bake. Heat the oven to 250 and when you add the chicken reduce it to 200 degrees. Bake for approximately 40 minutes. Baking time depends on the size of the chicken.
When you take it out of the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, then serve and enjoy 😊
