@@CryMeARiver63 Ok, I'll explain it to you. When you start taming a horse, if you know how to, first thing you do is to take control of its space, all of if, even the very space between or under its hooves. it does not posses any space , so no space to protect. Next thing is you insensibilize every part of its body. Until there is no part you can't touch as you like. Until you can shove your hand in its mouth and pull out its tongue. My daughters grew up playing in the paddock with horses as if they were puppies. I know the army and police horses a completely different kettle of fish. @madelineryan548 - One of the other commentors (michellemiller9908) originally mentioned that this horse should get extra oats. I thought she said it in jest. Of course, I could've misinterpreted her comment. The reason I suspect that this horse's feed would *not* be changed and that it wouldn't be given extra oats is due to another one of these "shorts" when a commentor with many years experience (25 years, I think,) with horses, pointed out that another horse (in a totally *different* situation) would not be removed from the box when it was agitated(?) fiesty(?) because then that particular horse would repeat that behavior since it would feel "rewarded" by being changed out. *That's* why I thought that this horse wouldn't be given extra oats. I suspect this horse is enjoying itself because (yet *another* different commentor in this thread) pointed out that the Cavalier had given the horse loose rein. Other commenters have made similar comments. But, I could be all wrong, and that this Cavalier *did* give his/her horse extra oats! 😉

Watching this, I remembered what he told us students about taking pictures while being on holidays. He said, that we, as tourists, taking photographs, should be aware of the fact, that we won’t look back often these pictures; maybe not at all, once the holidays are over. So taking this into consideration, he asked us to think before taking the picture we‘d like to photograph. We might violate someone‘s dignity by doing so; for most likely never look up this picture again. What a wise photographer and teacher.

♥️First off, I can tell you that….This horse, is NOT being mean!! He’s just simply had enough of people petting, scratching, poking etc. Horses are veryyyyy sensitive. I’ve had horses all of my life ((so far)). When horses get petted too much, scratched too much, rubbed on too much….it overwhelms them!! Once they get to the overwhelmed stage, it LITERALLY HURTS them PHYSICALLY to be touched again, for quite a while. They NEED BREAKS. Which is, I believe((imho)), is why the King’s Life Guards are on a 1 hour shift rotation. Cats, are actually the same way. Have you ever been petting a cat, just calmly, & all of a sudden, it seems like, out of the blue….BAM!! It gets mad, & swats you, & runs off?? Same thing. Cats get overstimulated from too much petting. And, it physically HURTS them to be petted for a while. Horses & cats ((there may be other animals, too. I just can’t think of off the top of my head)) are both VERYYY SENSITIVE. In fact, MUCH MORE sensitive than “THEIR” humans!! Just think of how STRESSFUL it must be for these gorgeous horses. Having ALLLL these different people, & children touching you every single day, little kids screaming, running around. You’d be sick of people touching you, too!! I’ve just inherited an Irish Draight, & 4 other breeds. I’ve only had them a few days, so they’re in quarantine for a bit. It was an older couple, they had hired someone to come & care for them. They’ve now decided to move to an assisted living facility. They’re both in their mid to late 80’s. WONDERFUL people. They wanted their horses left to me, because they know how much I love horses, & that nobody but me, could give them a better home. So, I happily accepted them. They’re all rideable. But, I’m going to start them, as I would start any new horse. I need to see how they do, how much training they’ve had, by starting with ground work. It’ll be a lot of work, but, it’s what love doing the most!! Put me around horses, & I’m a happy woman!!♥️

Horses are gifted with an amazing sense of humour. They love to mess with you, turning there heads and grabbing your belt while you're trying to pick out their hooves, inflating their bellies when you try to tighten the girth. And then stretching out their neck and grimacing, bearing their teeth, when you successfully cinch it tight. They love to bump you with a sudden hip movement while you're mucking out. And they know when you are sad, and they're sad with you, giving you little muffs and nickering.

I love that the horse yelled "HAY!" in excitement just as it mistook that woman's hair for its dinner.

This wonderful horse has the patience of a saint. Far more than I would. His little shenanigan comebacks are so totally spot on. This is hilarious.

Absolutely incredibly wonderful!!, I hope the horse hands out many more, bites, head butts, and standing on their feet. I could do somersaults I am so thrilled for the horse especially who has endure them in his space and face and everything else, and for the Guard who has to endure their insolence and disrespect. 💪✌💪✌👍👍👍😆😆😆😆👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Do not touch the King's guard!! Horse is the guard here and he's letting everyone know that. The person on his back doesn't even have to yell those words anymore.

This horse is the best horse of all the horses who stand guard. He has had enough of the tourists, and I can not blame him. I would have lost my cool a long time ago if I was one of the beautiful steeds.
