The Sandringham Estate club site
Back on the road with a short 70 mile trip to see the King, and he just got called to a cop summit. So you make to most of things and put plan B in action. First day at The Sandringham estate club site was taking Julie on more of her brat tour. That is taking her to the places she lived when her Dad was in the RAF. This time it was RAF Marham. They lived on that station for 4.5 years which was the longest she stayed in one place. Next day was Julie’s birthday and she said that going to the seaside in the UK on her birthday was on her bucket list, God that was cold and windy. Next was a visit to Sandringham visitor centre which was very nice but the house and gardens were closed for bomb checks. However we went to the visitor centre and had a lovely lunch in the very dog friendly restaurant and a look around the shop.
Sandringham club site C & MC is a very nice location in the wooded area of the estate. They only thing that let it down was the motorhome service point which needs updating new grids not a small manhole cover.
