Thank you ladies. I really enjoyed seeing you all back together. I always have a big smile on my face during the entire podcast because I feel like I’m sitting knitting and chatting with my girlfriends. Elissa, I have the same problem, knit, or read. The last few years I’ve chosen knit, but this last week I had a marathon of reading , “the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl who Played with Fire and the Girl who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest by Steig Larson. I just finished it today. Now I have to get back to knitting.

Great to see you ladies! (The KZitem settings have probably changed as there was a commercial break about every 10 mins, perhaps you want to look into that. I don’t mind 1 or 2 especially if that means a little money for to have a drink on us or towards postage for future prizes o something) loved seeing you together. Cheering eachother on and celebrating friendship and knitting! Beautiful projects. Virtual hugs from The Netherlands

So much fun to see you guys all together🥰 Thank you for the podcast💐✨Murakami's writing is brilliant, entertaining, creative, & thought-provoking; exceptional example of Chekhov's gun. I was totally annoyed with The Wind Up Bird's complete lack of closure for any character or storyline until I realised this 🕳 Maquillage (pronounced Mak-ee-ya-j) is how the word for make-up is spelled in French. What about using a tinted moisturizer with spf protection? Aveda makes a product like that. Clinique too, I think. So there must be lots of others.

Now I want to make a Lunae! You ladies make the best color choices. That fade kit is stunning and Julie’s sweater will be a work of art. I smell books and my seven year old does too now! Sometimes she will say “wait mommy let’s smell it!” And then if it doesn’t have that good book smell she will say “oh rats this one doesn’t have the book smell” 💕 I hate foundation too, I want to try Jones Road pencil though to cover stuff that shouldn’t be seen. I love Bobbi brown and those jones road look intriguing. Thanks for an awesome episode!

Julie - i was having the same problem with making hats/superwash yarns. I started to making the ribbing with 88 sts and then increase the hat to 96 if I needed to do say colorwork or if stripes or something. It has been a game changer for me and for working with superwash when making hats!!I I did that with DK weight and I’ve done like similar with worsted. :)

Love that hay in those yarns! Also need to know the color of the gold Myak! I don't see it on her Ravelry page...

Oh man! I didn't realize I still hadn't updated that. The green is Nice & Knit but they are no longer dying yarn at this time. I can send you what I have left. It is definitely more than enough to do part of the hat. The Myak is Mustard in their 100% Baby Yak Medium.

Love your sweaters Sophia and Laurie! It is so uber beautiful! I would never be able to knit all those cables, Sophia! You have uber patience! Those colors of Alicia’s Twistmas are spot on. I knitted a few Twistmas in one color, I am going to add another color to jazz it up! Yay Alicia, you are knitting the Whitmoor. Please report back whether you use the 30 plus stitch markers mentioned. I attempted this sweater two years ago and failed because the stitch marker kept moving with the yarn overs. I would like to try again but I’m very hesitant. I don’t knit sweater much because I’m a beginner and I had several other fails! Of course, you are a pro, so you will not encounter the problems I had. The characters on the incense is not Japanese, it is Chinese. The characters says green tea. I love the yarn Sophia bought and stitch markers shown. Thank you for sharing! So glad you gals are broadcasting together again! ❤️❤️
