Honestly dude gave some good advise. Eating healthy does actually make you feel considerably better and being active does too. Even mentally if you’re inside most of the day every day, change that when you can. Find some hobbies outdoors, even if it’s just taking a walk in the park you’ll be in a much better place. Shutting yourself up in a dark room all day and having a diet consisting of Mountain Dew, fast food and Elfbars is just a sure fire way to lock yourself in a depression.

It depends.... Growing up poor, I juggled multiple jobs at once to make ends meet. Time passed, now I'm a full-time KZitemr. However, I wouldn't say it makes me work ANY LESS. Being a KZitemr is like owning your own business. You can either work your ass off, or vibin and making content when or how ever you please. There's no BOSS to tell you shits. So, some KZitemr put their heart and souls into making one video, sitting in front of a screen 80hrs/week trying to sculpture the most perfect video for their channel (sometimes mine takes WEEKS just for the edits) and it depends HEAVILY on your type of content and your audiences also. Channels like AndrewJRT, TwoStar, PopCrossStudio, etc., is a GREAT example of my statement. Long story short, KZitem can be as hard as YOU want it to be.

I see all the time a creator ask if the fans want scripted or improvised videos and it's always landslide improvised. When you enjoy the things you create, the end product show that. All my favorite creators are just real, don't even care how small their community is cos there likely just as real.

To be fair, it's important to acknoledge the difference between mental draining and physical draining. I don't have much experience with Gaming content, I personally do creative things, but I experience a ton of mental exhaustion which translates into my physycal energy levels as well. Of course this is different for everyone, and this kid seems like a total joke for sure... But I don't believe saying it doesn't exist is the right way to approach it. At the end of the day for some it will be easier than a 9-5, and for some it will be MUCH harder. That doesn't mean it's not a dream job though.

What I do is I get up around 5:30 in the morning and get to school around 6:08, then I have running practice that takes almost an hour to do, after that, I have my first meal in the school cafeteria. Then I go the entire day, restless and both mentally and physically tired as I go through my school day. After all that I get back home just to do more chores and then finally sleep. Going through a day with 7 hours of sleep can easily be drained because of what I go through. But I don’t know, since I haven’t had a job yet.

This is what i did for 2 months thinking i would get use to the physical strain from the job, but once you gain some strength, you just use more strength at the workplace, making you as drained as when you started. I get the point that editing takes time but then it's pretty worth it, but this guy is... he is taking advantage.

I've always wanted to be a yt content creator because to me it doesn't need a lot of effort besides editing. I cannot imagine working 9-5 for minimum wage, but the people who do keep our society going.

It once took me around 5 hours to edit a KZitem video. When I work from 9-5, not only is that 3 hours longer, but I’m also out in the sun the entire day, actually physically working and lifting heavy wooden planks and toting them to wherever they need to be, and going back and forth and grabbing more wood, and I also help with the table saw, how ever I do have breaks in between and I’m 100% aware that all of that is nothing compared to how a lot of other people work. There’s no way you can complain about sitting down the ENTIRE DAY in front of your computer, drinking energy drinks, and taking breaks whenever you want, just for you to probably make 50x what we make. (I’m just assuming that giving he’s probably pretty popular on social media)

Energy drinks aren't designed to give you Energy when you already have energy. When your tired or just woke up it gives you a energy boost

I'm a bartender, and while I admit it's not the most physically demanding job, even standing up for 5-9 hours a day is not easy. But the reason I am commenting this is the "mentally draining" part. I have to hear hundreds of peoples issues that I don't care about like an underpaid therapist all day but you don't see me complaining on tiktok. All I am saying is content creators have an amazing job, no manual labour, low risk, low stress, super high paying job. And should be more grateful. (Not pancho I meant the people like the guy he's reviewing)

Having a 9-5 can literally put you in a state of mental and physical strain wether it’s satire or not there’s def some people out there that have structure like that
