welcome to part fourteen of 'the leaf' a prewar car build
I want to build a 1930's super reliable daily driver, I have a 1936 Austin 12 rolling frame , a 1927 to 1933 Lea Francis roadster dicky body and radiator and for power a 1800 cc Isuzu petrol engine with a 5 speed gearbox..hopefully this will be a very straight forward build and with luck shouldn't take too long, I will be documenting what this costs as we go along but needless to say I will be using INGENUITY OVER BUCKS....
Only having a short week as we are away for a few days I decided to do a video anyways ...I take the 'rat' for a spin ..then continue with the footwell and cut a door for the battery compartment, Alan and Greg pop over and we discuss sealing the fuel tank, finally an update on the next project
