Just ordered one about 2 weeks ago. Wasn’t sure which to go with but picked stretch. Glad I did. Can’t wait to get it. Hopefully get to use it in late archery season in Michigan. Could never get the method 2 to be comfortable.

These look awesome. I'm generally a 34-35 inch waist. I hunt mostly Northern MN with a lot of layers. Just wondering what size I should go with to fit over my bibs? Thanks

If you layer a lot I’d be inclined to go with a large especially if you’re around a 34-35 … I’m a 33-34 and don’t ever wear bibs or coveralls; instead, I manage the cold with merino wool base layers that don’t add a lot of bulk.

Hey quick question I fluctuate hip sizes from 36 back down to 34. Should I get a large or medium? Thank brother

You’re borderline … I’m a 34 and I’m very comfortable in a medium.

Looking at purchasing a minimalist 2.0 confused on size. I’m 34 jeans waist but hunt in MN and will be wearing insulated clothing because it’s cold here lol,should I get a regular or get a large? Thanks greg

I’d probably go large in that scenario. Good luck!

This question is completely off topic, however, I'm curious as to which brand of bow you hunt with. I was a loyal Matthews guy until my son purchased a Hoyt last year. My next bow will be a Hoyt.

I still hunt with a 2010 Bowtech Destroyer 340 because its specs are absolutely perfect for me. I love a 7” brace height and 33-34” a-to-a, and the 340 fps is still as fast or faster than anything in the industry with a 7” BH.

Im a 34 or 35 in pants waist size. I buying the stretch style saddle. Is the medium saddle going to be big enough if im layering up in late season?

I would think so. I’m a 34” and a medium is plenty fine.

Need help. I hunt the Florida Swamps and after a nice buck that is in deep. I have come to the conclusion that saddle hunting him deep will be the only way im going to get in to were he is. So after a couple years of debating on getting into saddle hunting i have decided to go for it. My problem is after watching several videos i still dont know what to get a complete set up for one stick. Is there a complete kit for starters?

There is an exception to the saddle dropping down. I'm one of those tall guys with no hips. I really crank my belt down and my Kestrel flex will still slip down on long walks.
@StaggsintheWild

That’s probably a function of your belt material combined with the buckle allowing your belt to work loose.

My Lonestar 2.0 was shipped Tuesday. Hopefully, I'll see it here in N Carolina tomorrow. I was a loyal Aero Hunter customer in the past.

I started with an AeroHunter years ago … I can honestly say that TX5 quality is every bit as good, and as you know - that’s saying something.

The big problem that Staggs didn’t mention is my Kuiu frame pack also pushes down onto the saddle and your pants belt and what I find that happens slowly my underwear longjohns and pants slip down. I had to put a pair of suspenders on my TX5 if you have no backpack there should be no issue but how many guys pack in without spare clothes in Canada not many great Saddle by the way
