Drink 1 small warm glass before breakfast and then another small glass before dinner. Orange peel from one orange Lemon peel from half a lemon Carrot- one medium Cut this all up into small pieces. Put this into a pan. Add 3 cups of water. Simmer on a low heat for 7 min. Remove from heat. Add a bunch of coriander leaves. (Coriander is Spanish parsley. Same family.) Seep for 20 min. Next, strain to remove the pieces. Keep this tea in a glass jar. This recipe is for 2 days. This will keep in the fridge for up to 10 days. Drink small, warm glass each day before breakfast and supper meal. Remember to add a spoon of fresh lemon juice to the drink just before you drink. Add a spoon of honey to sweeten. (If needed.) *Afterwards I would finish with a swish of plain water (for the health of the enamel of your teeth) Dentist family. Do this for 15 days. You will begin to see results after 3 days. Begin to enjoy a flatter, smoother tummy. 🙂
