Hello. With our products, yes it is safe to do so. Which henna are you using from us?

I made and used this scalp treatment today on a rinsed pre-washed scalp. Except I made some changes and additions to the recipe. I mixed the herbs with my hair tea and an ice cube amount of onion juice. I also substituted jojoba oil with Neem oil. I added tea tree and peppermint essential oils. The treatment was invigorating but had a gritty texture and no slip which made it difficult to remove the small particles. I will continue to use weekly but will experiment with the slip and how to remove the mask completely. @hennasooq Any suggestions on how to better remove all of the mask and how to add slip?

fenugreek powder provides great slip! marshmallow root does too.
