Buy where possible from a local community farmer. Farmers are being attacked and (deliberately) wiped out by the system; the establishment. Take the responsibility to support them and keep them alive!
Pasteurisation
The process of "commercial" pasteurisation KILLS the good bacteria in milk. Milk should be heated GENTLY to boiling point. This kills the pathogens, but retains the nutritional integrity of the milk.
Homogenisation
The milk goes through vigorous vibration, which blends the cream (fat protein) with the rest of the milk. As a result, the cells of the human body struggle to recognise the food substance, which has been processed out of its natural state. I consider this highly dangerous to the gut microbiome.
