When bringing Hoon Payon into the house, the correct practice is to offer incense and pray to the spirits of the land that protect there. Tell the spirit of your home and inform them that Hoon Payon is another welcome family member.
Hoon Payon enjoys Katha. Like all the ancient spirits or deities, he likes alcohol and occasionally treats him in a glass, rubbed onto it by finger, or sprayed with an atomizer.
Hoon Payon Katha is said to be recited 18 times continuously. To worship a deity or amulet, it is recommended to face the image of the statue or amulet while praying and chanting Katha.
