Bro honestly speaking your videos are amazing and am not just saying it just for the sake, because you spend alot of time trying to capture all the right camera angles to match the story you're trying to tell and that makes your videos very interesting to watch, i really admire the dedication you put into making these videos cuz i know the struggles of video production

Mr. Jaiteh is a great guy. I do not know him personally, but the types of people (I know) that he surround himself with, says a lot about himself. The likes of Imam Jobe, Cherno Camara etc, these are trustworthy people that i know with 100% certainty will never indulge in unscrupulous business!!! With your this positive vision, I believe someday you'll conquere the real estate business industry in The Gambia in Shaa Allaah. And Gano, you're doing a great job, keep it up.

Real estate in the Gambia is in demand as the brother said Gambia there’s a housing crises, and there will be a time if you’re not having a relative abroad it’s going to be hard to get a newly built house. I think the Gambian government should focus more on developing the country, Gambia isn’t that country where you can say it’s super big and it’s going to be hard. All the these people try to built houses in the Gambia are hard working and of course they can’t do it alone, the government should involve more and cover some financial costs if they’re really for their citizens future. The government needs to invest not only in real estate but in different sectors because it’s the only way a country could go forward, Gambians graduate along with diplomas masters but still can’t find a proper job, it’s because the government is not creating those offices, those companies or those factories so one can benefit him/herself from what he studies, let’s just take a look at some surrounding countries around us and we’ll see that our government needs to invest because they used to say that The Gambia’s economy is not strong but still they can’t find a solution to make it strong c’mon guys let’s wake up, am not saying they ( government) should do all but they should do the majority. ❤️🇬🇲…

Great Documentary, It's clear that the citizens are working hard in improving their lives and contributing to the advancement of Gambia. However, the diaspora's influx of money is making housing affordability difficult for the locals. In addition, judging from the lack of roads and even sidewalks on this documentary, both the local and the federal governments are sleeping at the wheel.

One of the best solutions to the housing deficit is building high rise condominiums and apartment blocks. Consumes less land and definitely less of some of the materials used. Taf's Riv Taf Golf Estate, was great. Now imagine if he would've translated the same at the Gunjur Estate ??? Amazing right? Whats more is, if at its commencement, the government would've matched that investment or even doubled it, the Estate could easily be home for 50 thousand people with social amenities and save living environment. Just my thoughts, Sometimes i dream way big i guess😂
