After ending up mostly bedbound with ME/CFS for years and having inwardly cringed everytime my name was used for most of my adult life, I legally changed it 2 years ago. I had worked through so much by then, and I didn't feel like the same person anymore. Pretty much the minute the decision was made, my health shifted for the better too. I'm still recovering, but I'm miles better than what I was, and now I love my name! It was one of the best decisions I've made.💛

I changed my first middle and last name. As a child I would tell people that I was gonna change my name.. I didn't like it because other people had it, and because (i felt) i didnt get to choose it myself. I wanted my OWN name. As I became an adult, I added that I wanted to change my name because I experienced being part of an abusive family and wanted to excuse myself from the family. I didn't want to be related to any of them anymore.

This is interesting and I will add that I wonder if changing your name was part of the plan for this incarnation. I believe nothing is random. So there's a chance that maybe it was planned as part of the experience of making that type of decision. This is all so fascinating despite the bad experiences we have. 😁 I hope you're in a better place.

@angelrobles9068 considering I never felt part of either side of my families (mom or dad), nor did I enjoy being compared to any of them, I have come to the conclusion that I was in that family to bring light to their generations of darkness. Do ancestral healing and clearing, which I did. I no longer have contact with almost any family, and when asking my Self why, the answer I got was, "your work is done there". Thank goodness, cause Uffda, that was A LOT. Now I continue healing and growing myself. And yes, I'm in a better place, thank you 😊 My family now is Galactic, Earth, animals, the waters/Ocean, and all the critters and spirits around me. Especially birds 🐦

Mariya, you have understood something very profound. I began studying names in the late 1990s as a result of my genealogy hobby. Over time, through a spiritual awakening, i came to understand that NOTHING is "random" - we simply don't understand how all the pieces of the puzzle fit together. I was given my grandfather's name as my MIDDLE name. In a very old language (I am purposely being vague in this public forum) this unusual name means "blind". I only learned this about 10 years ago. So I have not one, but no less than TWO synchronicities regarding this name. Right away i recognized that my grandfather was BLIND in one eye, as the result of an accident splitting wood as a teenager. But, the second one was more astounding. Only about 3 years ago, i understood that my WIFE's middle name is the feminine version of the SAME name (i.e., as in Samuel/Samantha), but as a DUTCH diminutive (nickname) - she has Dutch ancestry. As the two names look quite differently, she didn't believe me until I proved it to her. She was not happy to hear this. This is a great video, btw. Two things you mentioned really resounded with me. 1) Using the middle name instead of the first. I know someone who does this. Interesting, because the first name is a VERY common traditional name, but the middle name means "follower of ....." (a Greek god). Is it indicative of past history? Who knows? 2) The significance of consonants as opposed to vowels. I have come to the SAME conclusion, but for entirely different reasons, having to do with this. In the first written languages in which LETTERS (as opposed to symbols) were used, vowels were NOT written. Thus, my name "Tim" would simply be "tm" (no caps either). Thus, the name could also be "tam", "tem", "tom", etc. You can easily see how this would lead to variations and inconsistencies from one locale to another, and also over a longer period of time. The Greeks were the first people to start writing down vowels also, sometime prior to Christ. Take care, -Tim

Have you looked up the meaning of the names? Is it the meanings you dont resonate with, or just the vibe? Is there anything in the meanings that can tell you maybe why you were given them, like they have significance maybento the beginning of your life but not the person you want to be now, or something like that? If I didnt like my name Id change it. I love my name and cant imagine not having a name that I love.

@@audhumbla6927 thanks for your comment. It's my intention to do that work after watching Mariya's video on the subject. My first name is Allison, but never felt like it was a right fit for me. The vibe, I guess, as I've always said it felt too posh. My mum never liked my friends shortening my name, but when I left home at 17 I started calling myself Ally (not sure why I used a y not an i, & regret that now), & I feel much more aligned with Ally. My middle name is Anne, which I always felt was dull & plain, and my surname is Clover which I've always felt was weird & I used to get teased about it a lot at school. It's not something I'd ever really given deep thought about until hearing this message from Mariya, so now I'm very interested to dig deeper into the spiritual meanings of my names to see why I may have been given/chosen them, & why I might be rejecting them! Can't wait!!

I just landed on this video and when you mentioned doing the meditation for the sacral chakra you mentioned it might be mostly women my guides pointed out to me how much this is also necessary for men. Think of how many men you might have seen carrying extra weight around their abdomen well that is a physical example of how much stuck energy they are carrying in their sacral chakra. Then think of how many men have been led to believe they are not safe to express their true emotions or feelings because of their gender. So we absolutely should invite men to join because they need healing in this area too then they will be more aligned and able to step fuller into their Divine.Masculine roles! ❤ This was an incredible video. I have always felt there is a deep meaning to our names. My mom said she almost named me Nicole Louise which no offense to anyone with that name but it really doesn't fit me. Instead she named ma Katie Ann Carter which I absolutely love and later found out Katie means purity which after living my life makes perfect sense I do think I might go back to my maiden name but I love the connection my marriage name gives me to my kids ❤ thank you so much for sharing this and I would love to know more about letter meanings!!! I changed my name recently for a name I channeled in meditation, received FROM MY HIGHER SELF which is MY REAL SOUL NAME or my spiritual name. The thing is the vowels are the same and in the same placing, only the consonants changed...My mother chose a name for me and that name never resonated with me, even more than that, it was highly karmic. We are carrying Karmic debts and guilts from our parents in our birth names. My higher self didn't pick that name and my mother was not able to channel my REAL name. So I can say, what you say may apply for some people but definitely not for everyone. I hope you have the clarity and humbleness to acknowledge that what you state here is not the universal Truth, and that the name given at birth is NOT ALWAYS the name your Soul chose, this is not a Universal truth cause NOBODY have the absolute Truth, not even you, no matter where you got that information. I received MY REAL NAME FROM MY HIGHER SELF and THAT IS TRUE FOR ME AND FOR MANY OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAS GONE TROUGH THE SAME. Maybe, just maybe, my Soul chose a karmic name so I could discover my real name. If you wanna get free from your lineage Karma, CHANGE YOUR NAME!!

Yes, I would like to hear more about the meanings of letters. Also, especially when young, I would not get angry when people would get my name wrong, like many children do (I am a school bus driver and mess up names and most elementary students have a melt down). So, fyi, when I was a young child, I noticed people would usually mess up my name (Jean) with Jane or Joan. So I would usually answer to any one of those and joke about about it. Also, I can not remember peoples 'names'. I mean even people I work with and see on a daily basis. It's quite unnerving. Not sure why this happens, except I know them by their energy. The same with time. Anyway, Thank You for your time and energy. I find your videos quite enlightening.

Wow, this subject has been on my mind heavily for awhile now. I changed my name over 2 decades ago bc I was a performer and I used my maternal grandfathers name as my first name. When my grandmother (his wife) passed 3 yrs ago it was confirmed that he really wasn’t my grandfather 😢 and a month before my grandmother died my dad passed away. He never knew his real father so theres a whole part of me (in 2 very distinct ways) that I don’t really know who I am. I’ve been living w/ quite the identity complex. To be clear, I never hated my name, I actually liked it-it’s rare but it never really seemed to fit me. That said, just this past week i had a conversation that brought this question of my identity back to the front of mind. When I explained to them about my dilemma they asked “what are you going to do?” I responded, I’m not sure 🤔 For the record, I don’t believe in coincidence- I know this video coming on my timeline is divine timing. Still not sure what to do but I will say that I would definitely appreciate a follow up video breaking down the letters and what they mean. That, I believe could at least give me some direction- which I could for sure use at this time. Thank you 🙏🏽 I appreciate and am very grateful for you ❤️

I'd like to know about nicknames. Specifically ones given before the gender reveal that stick for life. This topic is fascinating to me! Thank you so much! And I'd also like to know about the energies of the letters

My name is Danielle, meaning, "Only God can judge me," which fits, especially having a Aries sun, pisces moon, and Scorpio rising and life path #1 March 27, and I was named after my father, and I do love my name...I've never been married so I do still carry my fathers last name, Danielle Williams, I am, I am Aries, I am Danielle Williams, it makes sense that my path to be a leader, and spiritually, saying reminds me of myself as a child, i was fearless, careless, resilient and free...happy...even in the worst of times, i was happy and lately I've been finding that little girl again...and that part of me gives me courage till this day to keep going

I always hated my name. My parents gave me a seriously ridiculous hippie name. I was endlessly picked on as a child, and as an adult, not taken seriously in my career. Also, it completely did not suit my grounded, no nonsense, take charge personality. I changed my entire name and I’m glad I did.

I have never resonated with the name I was given. Always using aliases through my teens, 20s and 30s. I changed it in 2019 and my life inproved tremendously.

💕This content‼️ Please 🙏 do the letters soon … I am so very excited to learn more❣️ Also, I always feel that it is very important for me to incorporate my middle name… I have a hard time not including it. I love my name… I was definitely happy to change my last name… I appreciated having it in my younger years because it was the same as my brothers & mother but it wasn’t mine… when I found my Husband I felt a connection to his name, proud, grateful, & excited… so I’m thinking that my name resonates w/ my highest vibrational self 💜 Thank you for sharing your knowledge… I truly appreciate the things I have learned from watching your videos❣️ MUCH✌🏻❤️💫🌚🧹♾️

I’d love to have more videos going in depth on each letter! This is so fascinating, over the last couple of years I’ve noticed I’ll know a lot of people with the same name, and they often Cary very similar energies, and I’d been curious if there was anything to that…it appears there is! 😅 very interesting!

I have a resistance to my last name because of childhood trauma. For the life of me the universe won't let me get married so I can change it 😂. I've been engaged 3 times already but something always kept me from taking the final step.

I'm listening to the video and right when we're about to say our names, my cell phone starts ringing. On my mobile phone it says Božica, and in English that name is literally translated as Goddess. So funny 😂😊

Yeah, I'm in a slow process (it cost $500 in my state to change names legally) to change back to pre ellis island. My current last name means: to rob and rape (during wartime) What I'm going back to means: calm, tranquility With that change I'll shift from 2 Ls, to 2 Gs back to back; as well as 2 Is. I would be interested in learning more about the mental/emotional process of this change....and how to present myself. (Yes it aligns with the coaching I've been going through the last 6 years, after my dad passing 2 years prior to that.)

This is Fabulous❣️ I would Love to hear your take on the INDIVIDUAL LETTERS. (I have a very Personal & Rediculously Happy kind of Love for Each of them myself.) 🤗 This is my 1st time seeing you. I had no idea what type of things to expect when clicking on this video. It just came up in my feed & I got a lil tickle, so.. I clicked w/curiosity & a giggly smile. I don't tend to leave comments often. When I do they seem to be lil more lengthy than I intend on. ☺️ I must say, I was beyond Pleasantly Surprised to hear the route you took with the information you shared. Beautifully Worded, Wonderfully Explained, Easy to Follow & Fantastic Suggestions of Exercises. Thank you for such Warm & Familiarly Expressive shares about Our Chosen Names & their Vibes in such Personable ways. As well as your Healing Suggestions for any adverse feelings one may have towards them. TRULY BEAUTIFULL & INFINITELY APPRECIATED ✨️ Interestingly, I actually have ALL'WAYS LOVED my Full Birth Name, & was quite addiment that I had chosen it myself as a small child. I wouldn't even allow nicknames. 🤭 Over 20 yrs ago, I did make a special request of the Universe/Self for 2 sounds to be made known to me, for me specifically to use together for mySelf. 1 of a Male & the other of a Female (Yin Yang) flavored set of a Personal Duality & Unifying Frequency when used together. A Unified Frequency that reflects & resonates in Harmonizing Balance, Grounding Awarenesses w/Innate Understandings & Ever Expanding Whole Hearted Unconditinally Loving & Healing ways solely for the Good of ALL Individual & Unified Aspects of Self when thought, spoken or chanted by me & as a Sound Frequency of a Higher Aspect of Me, vibrating within & throughout the whole of All & for All of o'u'r'Self/my'Self... (The way I received them is a bit of a curiously interesting story of us own. Feel free to ask if interested.) Eventhough I didn't ask for this set of sounds for me to be called by as a Spoken Name, I do consider it an additional set of sounds (for me Personally) that I place as a Prefix w/my Birth name for energy purposes. I just never thought of it as changing my name, since I am not called by that. Too funny. I later chose to add my Married Name onto my Maiden Name. Actually, I chose to do that because I Love my Birth Name so much, that I wasn't willing to get rid of any part of it. 😏 I'd never thought about doing association exercises quite like that with my Names. I'm looking forward to discovering what the automatic writing produces. Thank you again for this Video, I listened to it twice, & will be sharing. 💫💗💫 😌🙏 Namastè

Thank you so much for this video. Just by reflecting, there are so many questions coming up about names. 😃 What do you think about Nicknames? I always have the feeling to call people by their ‚real‘ first name, it it is difficult for me to call them by their nickname, the exeption is, they never told me their real name. Nicknames to me feel so incomplete, like missing on something. Another exciting thing I noticed, people with the same name, have certain things in common, sometimes even their looks 💗 I am really interested in another video on the specific letters. Pls let us know your insights. 🙏🌸💕🌸💫 Thank you!! And lots of love! ❣️❣️❣️
