Took a friend to see them at the Camden roundhouse in London, at the time I only new a few good tracks, they were absolutely amazing, both came away singing their praises and listened to everything they’d released. Saw them a couple of years later (last year) at Koko, hoping they’d be just as good, then they went and blew us out of the water. An unbelievable live band, un fucking believable. Euphoric

Wow No Oh my god, I’m so sorry king of all things music! How could I have been so wrong and said something so false without consulting you first? It was a general fucking statement about a band who you have to admit is pretty damn good. How bout instead of just laughing at me and being a dick, You just introduce me to some fucking music....?

This is the best song on the album. They completely butchered it on “from exile”. And that’s coming from a huge fan. They’re one of my favourite bands. I really wish they would of kept this song the same on the acoustic version

I love this band, the songs are so beautiful and personal. I just had a weird thought (no shade, I promise… seriously don’t flame me 😜) I consistently watch videos like this and think “if they were an acoustic duo I think I’d listen to them a lot more”. Just saying, their songs are so beautiful stripped back like this x

idk, I *like* Hello Exile, but it just doesn’t have the urgency and sense of immediacy that every other album they’ve ever put out has had on first listen. It honestly just feels like a Greg solo project, Tom only got three songs.
