@@anusername8350 No, the complaint is very common nowadays. In the US, it's a problem here with most corner workers getting very old and they have only one speed- slow. Obviously not the old guy's fault, but tracks need to make a better effort to bring in younger workers so that clean-ups don't take longer than they should.

There are so many people who have NO need to work that they can afford this. It's very nice indeed. Same in some other sports where vintage and classic's are raced hard with "money no obstacle" in mind. Nice to see the gear stick actually moving with the strain put on the engine in the e-type. You have no idea, the FIA has more lightweight E types registered now than there were originally made (including the recent recreations). And any of the ones that aren't replicas will have replacement engines with the originals tucked away. The question is show original they need to be? I was really cheering for the 250 SWB because I think it's one of the most beautiful cars ever built, and because it's kind of a giant killer with its puny 3-liter engine. Hard to compete with 4.7 liters, even if pushrod. Ferrari really made an inspired choice with the V-12.

@@jcgabriel1569 4.7 liters. Designed for a pickup truck and passenger vehicles. And that was not 3 liters. That motor was designed for an F1 race car. Think about that. An American motor designed for a pickup truck, destroying the best that Ferrari had to offer. Sad really. But like I said in my first post. Props to Ferrari. The most exclusive and technological advance car in Europe was thoroughly flogged by a bunch of hot rodders from California, using at the time a 20 year old chassis, with a truck motor. Really Sad. I wish I could say it was superior American technology. It was not. It was lack of Ferrari abilities to beat Americans at their own game. No matters. FIA changed the rules in 1970 and have not made the same mistakes since. Their game. Their rules.
