For the shortcrust pastry
200gr butter
300gr 0 flour for cakes
40gr acacia honey (or similar)
75gr icing sugar
1 egg yolk
Half a grated lemon
One vanilla pod or a few drops of vanilla extract
4 g water
A pinch of salt

500gr ricotta (sheep's milk ricotta is better)
200 g caster sugar
3 whole eggs
100gr of candied fruit
150gr classic dark chocolate
1 small glass of aniseed
