Chocolate Ganache & Salted Caramel tartlets
Ingredients:
Easy Flaky Crust - Video to follow shortly!
Chocolate Ganache:
250ml Fresh Cream
2 tbsp Butter
2 cups Chocolate
Caramel:
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup salted butter
¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Crust:

Caramel sauce:
- Combine sugar, butter, and milk to pan.
- Bring to boil.
- Cook until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
Ganache:
- Combine cream and butter to pan
- Heat until butter is melted and cream is warm. Do not boil the cream.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour in the chocolate and let it stand for about 5 minutes.
- Give it a good stir until well mixed and shiny.
Now add some caramel into the cooked crust.
Pour ganache over the caramel and fill the crust.
Let it cool down.
Put in the fridge until set.
Drizzle some caramel over the tart.
Serve and Enjoy!
