✔Vanilla sugar - 10 g.
✔Salt - 1/3 tsp.
✔Butter - 150 g.
✔Thick yogurt or low-fat sour cream - 150 g.
✔Wheat flour - 300 g.
✔Baking powder - 7 g.
✔Apricots - 400 g.
✔Almond petals - 20-30 g (optional).
✔A little powdered sugar for sprinkling before baking (optional).

🕒 Bake at 180°C for an average of 40 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven.
👉 The diameter of my baking dish is 25 cm.

✅ I have C0 eggs, if you have small eggs, then take 4 pcs. Or you can take a little more sour cream/yogurt (200 g), otherwise the dough will turn out very thick.
✅It is advisable to take hard apricots. Instead of apricots, you can use nectarines, plums, apples, and pears for this pie.
✅It is recommended to make the pie not too high so that the dough is well baked and does not remain wet from the fruit. The optimal mold size is 25-27 cm in diameter.
✅My apricots are large, so I cut them into 4 parts. If you have small ones, you can simply cut them in half. Depending on the size of the apricots and shape, it may take a little more or a little less.
✅Before baking, I sprinkle the pie with powdered sugar so that the apricots on top do not dry out or burn. But you don’t have to sprinkle it.
✅You can use any nuts instead of almond petals.
✅The same pie can be baked with plums or nectarines.
