I can’t really articulate how their two singles have made me felt, but it’s like the happiest, most chill metalcore I’ve ever heard. And not in the fun goofy way like Electric Callboy. This takes itself seriously but still brings so much levity and joy

@@KlimMandingo I’m not well versed in music, so I can’t say for certain, but it FEELS like metalcore. The structure and instrumentation feel so familiar to me, just tuned up to a brighter tone, whereas typical metalcore tunes down to a darker tone

@@designateddriveranddragons8845 I wasnt trying to sound like a knob but this song just doesnt share any of the common elements of a metalcore song. No breakdowns, screaming, chugging riffs, double kick, etc. It could maybe be considered post-hardcore but even then its really poppy for a post hardcore song.

I think everyone needs to remember that breakdowns don't have to be heavy, specially nowadays which feels like everyone in the scene is just competing for who does the heaviest ones

chillcore, im here for this 2 absolutely gorgeous and the guitar has such a unique sound reminds me of red hot chili pepper guitar in some of their songs. I cant wait to see what else they have.

I think you're right that they're a 2 man band, none of the promo material includes the drummer that appears in these videos. I'm assuming he's just tagged along to make the videos feel more complete.

Yeah he listened on stream (you can actually still watch it on his Twitch channel since the VOD isn‘t deleted yet). He really liked it
