If by eating a food item or set of food items it causes problems, it is sensible not to eat that. If by eating a food item or set of food items it does not cause harm then it is alright to continue. If the former statement is undesirable then that is where your focus must lie. This deduction invalidates your logic of focusing on desirable foods that keep you healthy.

I completely agree because when you focus on the things you should be eating then the things that you think about that do not have the nutrients that you require are automatically deleted in your brain or at least you ask pertinent questions about those foods and in the end decide not to consume them so really when you were thinking about what you should be eating you are going in a forward pass and you were being progressive and inspired as well

Show physical weakness in front of them. Eventually they will ridicule you for it. That's when you tell them how you got that way. Just make sure you don't say it with a lecturing attitude. Imagine your least-favorite authority figure saying it to you, and then imagine the least-angering way they could have said it. For me, I choose to speak in a tone of helpless resignation, while avoiding eye-contact.

Yeah, the only way Rhonda could be saying this is if it's been a long time since she knew what it's like to be addicted to junk. I eat perfectly healthy smoothies 1/3 of the time, perfectly healthy food 1/3 of the time. I get my nutritional needs met. It's that 1/3 junk food time that keeps my belly from disappearing.
