😅 7:14, “…the strong freezing winter…”, 7:33 “…climate change…”. Nice contradiction. I’m curious, how long it takes until people realise, they are ripped off by the biggest lie ever, the man made climate change. That’s a business model. The IPCC is an international NGO and lying on behalf of its funding countries. In relation to all other greenhouse effects, the man-made share of greenhouse effects caused by CO₂ is only a tiny 0.8%. That never ever has any influence on the climate. That 0.8% is cumulative (!!!) since fossil fuels are used end of 18th century. This 0.8% is a fact and STANDS UP TO ANY SCRUTINY. Forget the figures mainstream is telling you in TV etc., such as how many tons of CO₂ mankind is producing each year by burning fossil fuels. That are absolute figures and have no relation to anything, worthless. Except for they are big and so serving the purpose of propaganda, making the peoples mind. Fact is, 96% of the CO₂ in the atmosphere the planet and nature produces itself, man made are only 4% (globally, cumulative since about 1780), that also stands up to any scrutiny. CO₂ has a share of 20% of all greenhouse effects, again: stands up to any scrutiny. 20 x 0.04 = 0.8%. That is the relative share man made CO₂ has on all greenhouse effects. It is the single value that counts for doing any comparison and analysis.

That 2011 Staples High School program is the most irresponsible thing I can imagine. You are going put these young men in harm's way, with nothing to protect themselves with??? You know damn well there are predators out there. You know damn well that there is every chance that these young men can be attacked. You give them nothing....NOTHING. Yeah...they had a signaling device for emergencies. But given the environment it was ineffective at best. By the time they activated it, it was already too late for a rescue. You are actually looking at a recovery. There is no way that group, in my opinion, should not have been armed. An armed adult or two could have gone along and interfered with the decision-making process.

Plain old stupidity. I would never ever want to kill any animal but if it truly came to "it's either him or me" I would have to. Being mauled would be a bad way to die. I hate that humans feel the need to continue to encroach on the bear's and other animal's natural habitats like they have. Bears attack for particular reasons, like survival, but humans infiltrate their home on a regular basis. Usually for unnecessary reasons. That's a recipe for disaster.

The way to tell the difference between black bears and grizzly bears: Climb the nearest tree. If the bear climbs up the tree after you, it's a black bear. If it just shakes the tree until you fall out, it's a grizzly bear. on a serious note, I think you should keep the intros. on an even more serious note, BLESS YOU for the PSA that bears can and will eat people if they lose their fear of humans. and see them as a food source. I've seen SO MANY "feel good" videos praising the people who feed the poor starving bears but don't understand and the poor starving bear they are trying to "save" is eventually going to eat someone's grandma and be shot by the rangers

Well for start, having a firearm won't save you. Even a Bear spray and a firearm won't cut it if you're caught. Here I see even Wild boars managing to hunt down succesfully armed hunters... They are wild pigs, so, a Bear, as in the video Can take 20 bullets before starting to collapse... Often you just make him angry while you are scared and think shoot first but you still face you're final affliction and will then be remembered as being mauled and believing your gun will save you while your ignorance did got you first...

Why anyone would ever go hiking or camping in any part of North America without a big pistol and rifle is beyond me. I’d never go by myself either. These descriptions are irritating to listen to because the victims are so complacent and ignorant of the country they go into. Whether it be myself or with a friend or even someone else who is getting attacked, your no good to any one unless you can shoot the animal attacking. Some of the bears are lashing out because they're being hunted by humans I had a juvenile bear That was not aggressive come right by me in my cat it didn't try to come near us. I made Eye contact with it just kept walking looked actually very sad and depressed, I could tell it was a juvenile it wandered into our mobile home park. It wasn't trying to harm at anything or get in anyone's home or looking for food. I believe it's mother and father was killed by hunters. And sometimes animals become aggressive. They know they're being hunted and that. God says we are only supposed to kill what we eat. If an animal is trying to harm you are breaking your own, you have a right to use force deadly force. D, but to just go hunt these animals. That's why they're lashing out, they're being hunted for sport. Some of them are losing their family members. It's just like a human being. It's so stupid sleeping inside a flimsy tent is asking for the bear to kill you sleep in a a log cabin thats been bear proofed and both man and woman together should be heavily armed with a 357 or 44 Magnum. You also need a semi-automatic rifle with heavy duty Hornady Amuunition. People that reside in bear country need to sleep in heavy bear proofed log cabin and people should be aggressive with the bears and shoot first and ask question later. Hiking trails in national park should have group cabins and armed hikers if you want to enjoy your outdoors vacation and don't be cheap couples and singles should rent rooms and not sleep in a flimsy tent and have two protective Kangle Dogs! Don't be stupid and don;t be cheap in bear country or you will end up dead! One other item National Parks with large predatory beaRS should have tree platforms that bears not climb and they have them in other countries. Of course the ultimate defense is a portable military flame thrower however a Molotov Cocktail is quite economical and most effective! You don't need a lot of money to defend yourself you need the courage to defend youe life.

First story: The young lad should have known the woods better. I would carry a high-power shotgun, rifle or magnum. Plus at 14:56 how could they hope to find Julie alive and well after that bear attack?! Plus When exploring the woods you have to know what animals are dangerous there and take proper safety measures and precautions..

You don't need all these people in the woods hiking around heavily armed. Bear attacks are extremely rare would have a better chance winning the big lottery.

They are in thier own habitat AWAY from humans! Its humans that go into bear habitat! And I mean what do the people think about bears? They are carnivors all they do is eat sleep shit and repeat... oh and sometimes reproduce...

They have their own habitat. We invade it when we go into their territory. The best we can do is try to coexist and take means of defending yourseIf. I figure a bear has a right to defend themseIves from a perceived threat, so do we.
@JosephFields-fc6ui

Actually they don't have their own territory. I'd say that the majority of America was their habitat at one time. We need to designate areas for them where people don't intrude and get mauled. And yes of course we have the right to defend ourselves too.
