How to make your thigh stop feeling like it’s “grabbing”?
@dreed1058
2 ай бұрын
Omg, I went to pain specialist for almost 10 yrs for terrible sciatic pain & pain in top of thigh. Had several MRI's. Finally went to spine dr, 3 visits later discovered that pain was due to my HIP - no cartilage and necrotic bone. Just had hip surgery, and I am PAIN FREE!! Am so grateful for that wonderful physician that took time to figure out the source of pain!😂❤

I’m still in my thirties and started suffering from hip pains in these past few years probably because of too much sitting. Doctors made me do X-Ray and MRIs, then sent me home with painkillers telling me to exercise more, but nobody thought of sending me to a professional chiropractor to try to adjust my muscle imbalances and weakness. They keep on telling me to exercise as if it’s the easiest thing ever to do, so I just started walking a bit and do more stairs to start, but it got worse instead, to the point I can’t raise one of my legs more than a certain point because of the pain. Doctors still insist I have to exercise randomly by myself. The only thing that helped me relieve my pains a bit is looking for easy exercises to do on KZitem, which is kinda ridiculous to me. Still, I thank KZitem and professionals like Dr. Raw who take the time to share their knowledge for free to help people who can’t find doctors who give proper attention to their patients. Talking about these exercises, I was tempted this morning to take another painkiller, but then I did these exercises and noticed I didn’t need a painkiller anymore. Immediate relief, especially after stretching. That was amazing!

Oh gosh. I was at the level of pain where I had to have back surgery 25 yrs ago. (I had a disc explode in the spinal cord from l5/s1 due to a car accident and now have advanced disc degeneration/spondylosis.) The very first exercise, whatever it was that was stuck out of place popped back in. I knew it was the right sided S1, but it also felt like there was hip rotation involvement. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with everyone for free!

Thank you so much. I have been having sciatic pain for the last one week. Doing these exercises has made me flexible and I feel great. In particular, the wall slide which I think have seen and benefited from one of your other videos in the past, is top notch. I have been having pain on and off for nearly 4 years. Had MRIs and CT and I was advised to strengthen my leg muscles, as there was no issue with my joints or ligaments. however all those exercises suggested to me didn’t help at all. Thank you so much- I'd never really had a "disk"issue etc so I was confused about why I had sciatica issues all of a sudden. I spend a lot of time on my feet & woke up one day where it was painful thru my entire leg into my ankle when I got up to walk after sitting or sleeping for a long time- Then multiple nights of what felt like growing pains from when I was a kid- = a muscle soreness that turned into sciatica pain, so your video hit home for me-- TYSM. The exercises are making it bearable & its getting better every day-

I don't normally write into the comments but sincere thanks to DrRowe for great video content. I've suffered from disk prolapse before and, in trying to correct it, think I've pulled a deep gluteal muscle. Double sciatica 😟 and bouncing off the walls with pain. The exercises here have really helped - also a video where you lie on the affected side with a bolster/pillow under your waist then slowly take your feet off the bed and let gravity stretch you. Can't find this video now but this worked. Anyhow - thanks for the great content Dr Rowe. 🙂 - - - - Mark

In May of 1982 I had sciatica after running a 20k in Tulsa. I went to a doctor and he wanted to cut it all out. I decided not to do that and did some research. I found Nucca! After my first adjustment I could walk rather well but not walk well. With two more adjustments I could jog and three weeks later I could run. So I went from not being able to walk to running a 306:55 marathon in Eugene Oregon in September! YES!

@@jatonnamorgan7669 It’s a different kind of Chiropractor. They only work on the Atlas Vertebrae on the back of your neck. When the Atlas Vertebrae is blocked different muscles do not work well. Kind of scary to feel that. I use Brooks Spine Care in Tulsa. Close to 48th and Harvard!

With Nucca they adjust the Atlas Vertebrae in the neck. When you have an injury parts of the Vertebrae will get pinched off. That will affect different parts of your body. I’ve had hip pains, plantar fasciitis which is the bottom of your foot and and slight knee pain. After the adjustment the pain will go away. I went from only being able to walk to running a 301:55 marathon at the White Rock Marathon in Dallas in 1982. I use Brooks Spinal Care near 48th and Harvard. Priceless recovery! Tell Sarah hi!
