I’ve been doing this at the end of every leg day. The stretch is fucking intense and will leave you shaking.

Is this recommended for bad knees?

@@Qwertyuiop-bt3ut i do believe it’s a good way to build up knee strength, but easing into it or an easier variation may be better.

The most painful and useful exercise for my legs was "Leg press" + "Leg extension" I did drop sets + time under tension and lowering the weight until my legs just can't push I swear... it was the best exercise I've ever done and I even noticed my legs growing and getting lean. I Don't recommend this to people that work a job while standing all day... aint worth it..

After doing your heavy squats or hacksmith and working sets on split squats Do a Bulgarian split squat dropset of death then when your quads are full with blood do a dropset on the quad machine with 30 partials on the end If you can live through the pain. Try to not get your legs out of the movement/machines let the lactate and blood build up and just desl with the pain If you want you can switch quad machine with leg press dropsets/clusterset or isoholds Foot stance with your toes to the side so the quads get worked on DONT get your feet off the legpress platform at any time endure the pain

I do at the end of every leg day, and sometimes pull days if I feel like it, I go to a rope climb machine and put it on the highest resistance and pull it down. Once I go a minute I drop a setting and keep the pattern going until the last setting, the lightest one and go until I can’t. Then for the finisher to my arms, I head to the assisted pull up machine and do a drop set of pull ups using the scapula grip but to do each pull up with the least amount of assistance until I can’t. I then put the assistance up, go to failure, and repeat. Typically I’m usually at the range of 20lb around my body weight when I can’t go on because I’m tired. I then switch to doing actual scapular pull ups with some assistance to hang from the bar without falling. I go to failur

I always do a massive drop set when I do leg presses. That shit fries the legs lol. I'll work up to 6 plates. Do a few sets then finish with the drop set. As many reps as possible, drop a plate and repeat with no rest, only as long as it takes to unrack that plate. Do that until you have nothing left on the machine. I usually have to sit down for a few minutes after that.

They really aren’t as long as you are warmed up well. I’ve had bad knees most of my life and I feel fine doing them. All the tension stays on your quads and toes if you’re doing it right.
