"If your why is strong enough, your how will reveal itself" Words to live by. Wonderful podcast and the way he explained this topic was easy to follow and relate to.
That quote stood out to me too. I've heard about asking why to get to the root but never that last part.

Wow! I'm a Rob Dial fan now and I hadn't heard of him before. This past week I've binge-watched Jay's interviews and was starting to get annoyed with all the cliches. Everyone pretty much saying the same thing, the same personal development language that's been around for years, and a couple of the people patting themselves on the back for how great they are. Then Rob comes along and actually offers action steps, processes, ideas, tools. THIS is what I needed! It was so practical, plus he's so well-spoken and easy to understand and I didn't feel like he was just repeating all the cliches. Can't wait to read the book! And Jay...LOVE listening to you and LOVE your questions! I have noticed some people don't answer them though, they default to telling a story that makes them sound good. But Rob....excellent answers and stayed on topic with super helpful info! Thanks for a mind & heart shifting hour!

Mostly we understand Quran as we read or as we see. But If you listen to many scholars like Nouman Ali Khan, you think, yeah this verse can have this meaning. which is Psychological meaning.. Maybe in Arabic, Islam is well explained but in other languages, it's not. There should be some sort of subjects which can explain how we can use concepts in modern era. May Allah give us deeper knowledge of Islam and forgive our all sins. Alhamdulillah for being a Musli.

Love love you Jay- This may sound “off-trend” ?, but I don’t like the term “level up” or “hacks”…It always makes me uncomfortable, because real growth is authentic. It’s not a competition …there are no “short cuts” … There’s no heart in this guest’s message…I am glad he’s now read the Bhagavad-Gita…although I’m not sure I understand his reference in book… Also, if “leveling-up” means expressing myself like this guest, no thanks…With love, his answers are way too long, rehearsed, and not conducive to a real dialogue with you. Is it just me or does anyone else find this guest arrogant and frankly, completely cliche in all his “advice”, he seems sophomoric and just not true to his identity… Last thing- his $1M or your family dies? That’s just a horrible “what if”…and wrong way to motivate, using fear to act is not right. Thanks for listening!
