I've been fighting a viral sinus infection since Christmas and so I took this just before bed and about every 5 hours when I woke up. Viral sinus infection? Thats interesting bcuz im on my 3rd antibiotic and struggling with sinus infections Nose stuffed Nausea Fatigue Irritated Its killing my gym life cuz im always beat down... the doc just wrotes amoxicillin 10 days then 7 days I never heard of viral sinus infection? If u dont mind me asking how did they diagnose it? This could aid me in my next doctor vist... i could bring it up to her .. she drew blood and everything else is normal So im on a mission to end this a d find a solution? Running on treadmill daily and drinking water and taking orange with the peels and drink promethazine at night should knock it out.

I'm so happy the doctor reminded me of the value of Thyme tea and spices. In Europe folks drink Thyme tea during allergy seasons. Just now I drank a cup of Thyme tea and it drained my sinuses, cleared my throat. This is such a nice presentation by him.

Thyme is a great seasoning. It's amazing fresh on salads, or dried added to soups and any meat dishes. When I am fighting a bug I add it to my green tea, with honey and lemon. I planted a ton of it in my garden this year and it quickly became my favorite fragrant herb.

Jennifer C: He does not make it clear whether people should just chew to release the oils and then spit out the Thyme or to swallow it all after chewing. Since you can sprinkle Thyme on salads and soups, I assume it's ok to swallow after chewing it as Dr. Mandell instructs. Yes?

@@qso3566 Thyme is safe to eat as long as you are not allergic to it. It is a great seasoning for soups, & sauces. Add it with some butter to your steak just as it finishes cooking or throw it into a pot of spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce (it's part of most Italian seasoning blends). I've added it to tea to steep before drinking. I've also added it to pizza/bread dough when making them from scratch, and it adds a great flavor and smells amazing while baking.

For the past 2 weeks my body has been producing thick mucus that made it difficult for me to breath. The dr I went to was considering putting me on a COPD chronic medication if nothing changed on the second visit. And just 1 time of eating this, it not only cleared mucus in my throat but my sinuses as well. I’m thankful that I saw this video in time.

I have to chuckle doctor every time I hear you say your body will love it because that's how I got my grandchildren my children to eat something good and especially to drink more water!! Of course they don't look at you too well but at least they've heard it and someday they'll know Grandma was known what you was talking about! Alhamdulillah, it really works for my nose congestion. 😁👍 After chewing 1 tsp of dried thyme, I even agitated my nostrils with all kinds of allergens I knew I shouldn't expose myself to. The mucus was still present, but then after a few minutes, the passages clear up again. After two decades of depending on expensive drugs for nostril relief. Alhamdulillah. Thank you Doc..! 🤗

I've been fighting the worst flu ever this week. I saw this a few days ago and ordered some off of Amazon to try out. I have had lots of cramps and my neck was so sore. I chewed down a teaspoon full and the neck pain and cramps were gone instantly! I bought another jar for a backup. Thanks!

I found this yesterday. I used some fresh thyme, cloves, turmeric and honey. I drank this mixture throughout the day. In less than 24hrs tge chest congestion was gone. Fyi... I had been sick for over a week. Thank you so very much.

I already do it in the morning and yes it does help but can we just keep take this or just when we have a cold....and hom many times a day... Tcs
