You need to repurpose the front brake as a reverse-clutch. So basically, the front wheel will be connected by chain to a shaft that is keyed (think something like the Galactic Empire logo) to fit into a sprocket. A spring pushes the sprocket away from the keyed section until you squeeze the front brake, which pushes the sprocket, compresses the spring, and causes the keyed shaft to lock into the sprocket and begin turning it. The sprocket is connected to the gun and turns the cylinder. Now you can get the bike up to speed and squeeze the front brake lever to begin firing the gun.

Might I suggest an engineering alteration for this. Instead of mounted on the front like you have, perhaps build a sidecar of sorts and mount it to the side of the bike, kinda like the GI-Joe motorcycle from the early 80's. Build a small frame with a wheel on it that attaches to the side and connect it to the back tire via a geared solenoid that you can operate from a push button from the handlebars so that it does not fire continuously. That will also serve to make it much safer as well.

For higher firerate, use a small sprocket at the gun and a big sprocket at the bike. To make the bike easier to pedal, use the biggest sprocket at the wheel and the smallest sprocket at the pedals.

I legitimately think this would have been huge in the 1800s. Not necessarily on a bike, but using bike pedals to fire the thing. So good.

You should have a trigger probably on The handlebar that allows you to stop the flow of ammunition into the barrels and if necessary pad the firing pin so it doesn't
