If this exact vehicle was made in the same place by any other brand (well, except maybe Stellantis group), you would be riding its meat to the edge of the Earth. This is a fantastic vehicle. I’ve sat in one and it is extremely refined in person. Quality is through the roof and the OS is lightning fast. I didn’t get to drive it, but I’d assume an adaptive air suspension standard means it feels extremely soft and controlled. Again, if Toyota or GM or VW made this, it would be hailed as the second coming of Jesus. But you hate it because the chassis it rides on was made by Ford. Saying this as a Honda guy.

So all of us has a slightly bigger/smaller side if you look carefully enough. As for too many adjustment? I think don't think so. And that will be especially apparent if you do a lot of cross-country driving. At 6'4 (mostly legs) I can't say enough on how many times I've prayed for some manufacturer to invent seats like these for cars that give you multiple adjustability in variety of places. After being behind the wheel (or just sitting for hours) I'm doubt anybody would say they're too adjustable. I"m not much of a Lincoln guy, but these seats look like a god-send to me.
