Thanks! A couple more finishing touches and she will be "complete". I don't know about the KZ being back in the schedule. I suppose we will have to see of this new motor will run then go from there. We were at Roadrunner HD for the entire bike week. Did you stop in and we missed you? You have a Heritage? What year?

How have you liked the Fat Bob, long term, so far? I was pretty much set on the Low Rider S but I recently saw a 19 Fat Bob for sale at the local HD dealership here. I am very intrigued by it, but don't have much info on it.

Oh man, so much to say. Yes I still really enjoy my fat bob. I believe the better buy is the fat bob for a few reasons. For me the first being styling. You are certain to see lots of low rider s on the street but likely far less fat bobs. Second, unless u r looking at the 2022 low rider, the fat bob has the taller rear shock. Better for handling. Third I would say, after having skinny front wheel bikes and fat front wheel bikes, ill take the fat wheel any day. It eats up the road so much better and the bike feels more balanced front to rear. Fuel capacity goes to the low rider s though.

@@aztriumphster Nice. I can definitely see that. I see Low Riders everywhere, which honestly is what attracted me to Harley in the first place, coming from supersports. That being said, the styling of the Fat Bob is what initially caught my eye. I'm feeling the look of it more. It is weird the tank capacity is much lower, but do you really even notice it? Also, does the Fat Bob have as much aftermarket support as the Low Rider? With bars/risers, exhaust, seats and what not?

@@321CRAB I dont really notice the tank capacity. Before this bike I had a Slim with 5 gal capacity and before that a sporty seventy-two with a 2 gal capacity. Stopping and filling up the tank is part of the experience in my opinion. As for aftermarket support, harley top triple has the same riser spacing across the board so any riser or T bar that will fit the Lowrider, will fit the Bob. Although the seat differs between the LR and the FB, there is just as many options for one as there is the other. A full system exhaust that fits the LR, fits the same on the FB. Slip ons differ between the two but u have a decent amount of slip on options for the Bob. If u r aiming for better performance and bigger power, a full system is the key, as the FB has a catalytic converter in the factory head pipe. Oh and the factory FB risers have a 1.5" claiming diameter, which is a pain in the rear so I recommend swapping the risers if u plan to run an aftermarket clamp style bar

@@aztriumphster that’s great to know, as far as the parts go! A lot of options… I’m also along the lines of the club style look… I was looking at the difference between using risers and stock bar, T-Bar or Ape Hangar style. I saw on one of your videos you installed the T-Bar… that’s a nice look!

Not sure. Im having a hard time convincing the owner of Dean Speed that we should because he thinks there won't be enough demand for em
