"real....what I thought a dream" with that Mozart and then trees reflected on water shot with small drips to show its a reflection.....one of the most perfect compositions of film making you'll ever see. the first 45 minutes of this movie are literally perfect.

Can't i just find a place like this to live in ? No greed , no jealousy . Just peace . Being with someone free who makes you feel freedom, love, peace , away from this world's troubles , away from everyone's expectations . Sitting here writing this while the soundtrack from this video is playing in my head , thinking about the pure love shared in this scene and if it's still achievable in our era , if not then what's the point . Godamnit it's hard to see something so beautiful and realise you'll never have it

I study the new world from its very beginning and you know what? This movie is the closest (from what it was) I ever saw! The spectators who argue this movie is just a strange dream are wrong: The other "westerns" ARE actually dreams as this one touch the reality as never before! And with the beauty of the images and story comes the two great common points with the real new world as it was: TIME & SILENCE! ... TIME & SILENCE ... Mostly inapprehensible by the overbooked modern man!

I feel this was exactly what the natives were like before foreigners stepped into their lands. Sure there was bad blood between tribes and wars still occurred. But the lands were peaceful before foreign power came into play. You can argue that if foreign rule did not occur, native americans would not have had progressed nor catch up to modernize. There was some benefit for foreigners settling in native territory. They could have lived in peace together but unfortunately, greed, political interests and the probabablity of business profits to be made brought all sorts of foreign influence that eventually, it shaped the course of history of these lands to modernize. I dont like what happened to the natives. Its a tough past of american history and its a wide discussion as as a whole. But if it did not happen, what would the americas be?
