This performance was wonderful! Getting the essence of the Coltrane sound and running with it.

A nice rendering of a jazz classic by a now-veteran US tenor man and an upcoming Canadian born one.

Hi Isaac, thank you for your interest, and your willingness to support the music. I haven't proposed monitizing the work to the guest musicians, it is on my check list of things to do, but it must be negotiated with all of the guys. Al McLean does have a fantastic EP on iTunes of his Jazz Lullabies films, I encourage you to purchase that. Regarding your 2nd question about the ARC brand, the instruments are just coming on the market now. Please stay tuned on Facebook, I'll start there.

The two woodwind instrumentalists are doubtlessly Coltranian tenor saxophonists. Pianist will not be bullied by anyone - not even by the drummer.

Hi Dustin, Yes, the ARC horns are the same horns as the Rollins, the instrument has been re-branded. The instruments are evolving a bit following lots of feedback from Al McLean and the other players involved in the films. By May, we should have material on-line. I will start with a Facebook page once the films from Smalls are all posted (there will be three). Regards, Randy Cole

Certainly--now I guess I have a couple of questions... #1--have you ever thought about putting out a DVD (or digital download perhaps) of your videos--maybe in 1080p so folks like me can contribute to your art by buying? #2--where can I find out more about the ARC sax company?

Another related question. Is the ARC brand related to the Rollins saxophones that you guys have also promoted recently? And like Isaac, I really couldn't find anything online about ARC; it'd be nice to see more info about it.

It's not even in the omnibook lmao. Besides the omnibook is only useful as a reference, and it's mostly easier to simply transcribe by ear.

The first tenor soloist is slightly out of tune. there was no natural reverb there.
