No one is "born to kill." Born broken, maybe. Corrupted by family members definitely. Raised by people who cannot recognise what they are seeing, or if so, trying to minimise, or deny what they are seeing. RIP to all those who lost their lives, and sorry to all those who had suffered at the hands of Ramirez, from the suviving victims, and everyone who had to deal with him.

I think the night stalker would not have been a criminal if he had not been exposed to the crap his uncle showed him from when he was in the military and all the photos and stories his uncle showed him and told him about ultimately mixed with the kind of drugs he got into later on ultimately warped his mind and made him what he was its very sad cause if you think about it if he had never been exposed to such material he may have lived a very normal life 😢

From reading your comment it appears you need to do more reading, in particular that of psychopaths and all the varieties thereof.

1985, the year i was born, was a very scary time to be alive in regards to the amount of just the KNOWN serial killers running around uncaptured & even unidentified.

Idk are you constantly afraid of your house? Or Cars? Or insects? Cold weather? Everything kills way more than some few serial killers

I wish to see more people like Gil Carrillo. He's genuine, relevant and a true expert on the topic. Plus he's a good storyteller. 18:20 - This is how you envision an "expert", right? 20:21 - Just listen to this explanation. This is why I cringe when I see this guy, he's just so full of hot air. 41:56 - This crap too... It's just so easy to decide from listening to all these people that who's actually relevant in these cases and who isn't. I wonder if the second part would have been cheaper if instead of the bogus experts they'd have acquired the videos where Kemper's talking. He's fascinating to listen to.
