@@ethanguizzo9681 It's really easy to fall victim to the trap of comparison, honestly. I notice other channels putting out content that's just clipped up videos, or something pretty simple to make, and it blows up. It makes me look at a project I'm spending weeks on and think maybe it's not worth the effort. But hearing that it really profoundly impacts someone makes it all worth it! I made 90% of my videos on iMovie, and not even the latest version of iMovie. Just the one that came with my Macbook. Now I have final cut pro, but that idea is in your head. I know that because I went through the exact same thing. I thought about making a KZitem channel for years and years, but it was always "I'm not smart enough," or "who would listen to me," or "I don't even know how to edit." All ideas the mind creates and justifies because at the very core was the truth - I was scared. Then I finally started making videos and I realized there was nothing to be scared of. You're always gonna suck at the beginning, but you get better as you go, and even if it doesn't work out, it's a better feeling to try and fail than always wonder

I've always wondered wether Alex Pereira would've become so good if he never would have these obstacles so great video for answering the question.. Adesanya claims to be humble but he's the total opposite of Pereira. Pereira is truly humble and stoic. Adesanya's victories got to his head he became and imo always was an unlikable bully type character. Total opposite of Pereira

What makes you say Adesanya is a bully?
@HILAL19564

@@PsychologyOfTheFight let's put it like this.. He's very insecure because he's bullied.. I can tell by the way he reacts if someone is even talking innocent trash talk. He gets very defensive and gets almost always in some kind of a beef with his opponents and reverses it in being the bully himself in the way he starts to trash talk. He's cocky and arrogant because he's very insecure because he's bullied.. Aah damn this is very difficult to formulate because my main language isn't English.. I simply know by his behavior he's the total opposite of Alex Pereira. If you think I'm wrong enlighten maybe I'm totally wrong but this is my view of izzy... Great video btw

@@PsychologyOfTheFight That’s a great, thought provoking question which I’ve never thought of. When you look at Leon Edwards & Charles Olivieras surging domination, it’s unquestionable the power that ‘self-belief’ holds. Which is a term commonly thrown around, but which sadly few really understand and struggle to incorporate daily. On a personal level, I love Jiris application of meditation, Zen Buddhism, mindfulness & non-duality. He’s very clear on the ‘present’ moment, and is very aware of his egoic drives. It’s clear these teachings allows the freedom to express himself in the cage, access the ‘flow’ state and not succumb to wants & desires. He demonstrates the power of going within. In addition Khabib & his unwavering self-discipline and how that’s transpired into an unbeatable career. From the perspective of my mental health journey, and working within the NHS in a very challenging and complex mental health hospital it would be fascinating to enquire on how fighters deal with mental health challenges such as depression. As your aware, the likes of the Volkanovskis, Khabibs, Yan’s, they just seem unbreakable and untouchable mentally. I’m fascinated in how they do it. They come across like nothing can ever defeat them, as if they have full control of their minds. Myself, and people I know, and work for, this isn’t reality, and internally life is very challenging. It would be fascinating to know how they do it, and how we can all apply it to our lives. They just seem to be in absolute control of themselves and their lives.
@C.Bastard

@@PsychologyOfTheFight You didn't asked me, but I'd like to make a suggestion still. I'd like a video explaining why fighters from Brazil tend to be more humble, obviously inffluenced by the oriental martial arts that always were the major force as far as martial arts goes in Brazil(Judo, BJJ, Muay Thai and Karate) in comparison with some North-American fighters that are more inffluenced by Boxing and Wrestling, which have a different cultural background and therefore, produces fighters with equal talent and skill, but with different mindsets. I'm not just bashing boxing and wrestling, I think these sports have a commercial culture that's way more developed than its oriental counterparts which were founded in a precapitalistic era.

Stoicism, Buddhism, Advita Hinduism, Confusious are real evolutions of the human sprit. My Grandfather was a Atheist he gave back to his village which is Justice, he was integral and all of this is in me to. This is mans natural expression. Missionary idealogies are the problem not the individual. Given a chance the individual will become naturally Stoic or understand the play of Maya.
