Hope you feel comfortable in this new style! I feel kinda bad that if I forced you ! Last video “ i failed áll my running goals” was very interesting and insightful. Flag is still amazing up there! I was a bit wondering why is it already offseason for you. I dont know anything about american running seasons or any for that matter :D So if you have chance you could talk on your decision to end the season and what does it mean in practice. Cheers!

Hey no worries at all, if I can do something to make the viewing experience better, I'm happy to! As for it being my off season, in America (mainly for student athletes the pro schedule is different) you run Cross Country in the fall (August-November) indoor track (December-February) and then outdoor track (March-May) so the "Season" is basically August-May, though many people will take a few days or an easy week after cross country ends to prepare for track. Then once track ends in May, many people take a week or two off and get ready for Summer Running. The summer is usually the only time you train without racing for an extended period of time and workouts aren't anything crazy or quick, more or less the summer allows you a chance to build mileage and work on threshold or tempo pace. Hope that helps answer your question a bit. I honestly might make a video breaking it down more in depth in the future, thinking about it now I'm sure a lot of people probably don't understand running seasons all that much if you weren't a student athlete in America.
