I went on the JJ Virgin diet and it changed my life! I had ballooned to just over 265 lbs. (morbidly obese!) because I was eating anything and everything I wanted. I accidentally found the JJ Virgin diet and thought I would give it a shot. What did I have to lose, right? I dropped to 219 lbs., so far! Before, I couldn't put my socks on without the help of a device. I was too fat to bend over! Now, I can put my socks on normally. Before, it was very painful to walk around the mall with my wife. My hips and back killed me! And I got worn out in no time! Now, I can walk as much as I like, and have the energy I never dreamed of! This diet is the real deal! I highly recommend it to everyone with any sort of weight or health issues!

Thank you SO MUCH JJ, I've started both virgin and SID on May 22nd 2018. Today I am 14 kg lighter, happier, healthier. I look younger than when I started and still get so many compliments on my looks; no more bloating, no more cravings - Thank God!!! I was Never more in control than Now.The biggest compliment I get is when I look in the mirror - always puts me in a better mood. I'm turning 40 in May. I was on every kind of diet since the age of 12. I just want to thank you again and again. I came across your first YT when I have already lost every hope to be successful in my weight management. Hi JJ I've lost 12 lbs over 7 months and still have a thick waist and fat belly. After watching your video I now understand it. Most insightful is using my energy to burn sugar not fat. Thank you!

Thanks, JJ for clearing up the confusion about our diet problems. I've been following your recommendations for a little over a month and have lost 17 lbs. Now I know it's the only way to go. Most of all, I am connecting the dots between what certain foods do to me and how they make me feel. So if I want to feel like crap I have some fettuccine alfredo and breadsticks. 😜 Not.

I still think she needs to explore intermittent fasting as a viable option for many people. then eat a really high quality, nutrient-dense lunch. It's just a matter of training your body to go that long between dinner and lunch. It means eating more fat and becoming fat adapted as opposed to glucose adapted.

Goodness as a kid I used to have pop tart. I also lived on mac'n'cheese 😬 no wonder I was overweight and had breathing difficulties 😞

I have a horrible feeling this is relevant to me. I gave up dairy and grains, and I found remarkable improvements in my health. I was undoubtedly intolerant. I didn’t find it difficult to give up dairy or grains (am I the only person on the planet to feel like this?) I have a horrible feeling sugar and wine are the next things to give up for me. Boo!! 👎🏻 boo! I love sweeties 🍬 🍬and grapefruit juice 🥤
