It's all good, the store, the amazing malts, and great hearing from the real deal John! Any chance you could offer up some un-malted corn, say a large flat rate box full? I live in a remote area of Alaska, no feed stores in my area. I'd prefer to buy your cracked corn, rather than buying from amazon, I trust you to sale a good product. Thanks!

Nice web site . For the next step , offer a complete five gal. run kit , minus the sugar . For the new people that may be the wat to go . By run kit . grain , malt and yeast , or enough yeast if they are ordering for a sour mash .(Help somebody if you can , and get right with the man) .

Hay I looked at your website it's very cool, wish I new like cost and stuff to get some grain sent to me ....um I don't mean to be negative please 🙏 I thought about trying to buy a mug from you I don't have alot of money but I was thinking about trying to buy something from channels like yours and stillin the clear,but I have a big problem with made in China,I flat out refuse to buy it if I can ,I understand it's cheap and easy for KZitem channels,I would just ask that you maybe try getting some made in America stuff other than your great malted grains....... again I apologies to you ,I won't bore you with my reasons .I think you will agree a man has to have some principals and too stick to them even when it's convenient to not do so.

There's a idea I have been thinking about, and have seen others commenting about on other videos. it's to make oak lids for mason jars ,1# you could make them tapered like a big cork so they go inside the jar a bit and so it can be chared , maybe drill a few shallow holes to maximize char area ,and lie the jars on there sides or in a frame so they get the same sort of wood and airflow effects as with a barrel .most people are thinking about it because barrels are too expensive for most small time distillers. 2# you could do something like a oak sleeve that goes over the mason jars lid ring without the flat top part in allowing the liquor to touch the oak and get those barrel effects .you could then add a dowl or stave that projects like a wick into the jar that could be chared . Anyway it could be an idea for a product for someone with access to oak and a lath ,with the right marketing someone could make a bit of money , maybe send a few samples to channels like,stillin the clear, stillin old-school, moonshiner mafia and a few other in America to get the word out and their thoughts or endorsement .....it's just a thought I'm having right now I'm definitely going to give making myself a couple a go ,all I have is hand tools so it won't be too flash but it will work, have a great one Sir and again sorry for rambling and the negativity earlier

So your using cherry wood to smoke it? Does the smoke carry over in the shine? I don’t run a traditional still. Mine is the 1/2 gallon jars. I’m thinking it will strip the flavor therefore it won’t do me no good to run it. Just asking. Mine is a Tennesee Thumper Still. Thanks
@johnmiller7162
2 жыл бұрын
yes it carries over if you cut down to one thumper or just run them empty you should keep some flavor
@CalvinsCorner72

@@johnmiller7162 can’t cut them out. They go from one to another and out to the condenser. I usually try to infuse flavored candy in my last jar for instance starlight candy makes a great run of peppermint. I guess I need to get me ahold of a milk can traditional rig. Thanks

Says something about the coupon? And didn’t see no place to leave a comment about it on the sight. Just saying….. One place it says 5 lb of corn for $20 then right beside it it says 10lb for $45. It would be less $ just to order 2 of the 5 lb deals right?
