Mike Mentzer says to never use a cambered bar. He says the straight bar is best. But, he also says the close grip pulldown is the best bicep exercise because it hits the lower bicep at the elbow and the bicep shoulder insertion. I've been doing it and the feel is phenomenal. You get a pump from top to bottom. I definitely see a vast improvement over the past few months. Just food for thought.
