So glad I found this! I love how detailed you are on getting the correct form and most important you explain WHY the form is important for working out the glutes only. Really informative for a beginner like me thank you!! ❤

I loved watching this ❤. I'm in the early stages of my glute growing journey. At 52 what was a great 4$$ is fading so I'm taking charge and bringing booty back 🍑! Your explanations of the exercises and muscle focus was perfect and it was great to see you having fun. People shouldn't be afraid of the gym and that came across in your video. You both have a good rapport too. Good luck with the gains 😊

Sorry my dear, but I felt compelled to comment. As someone who has been weight training for longer than you have been alive, I have to disagree with your comment about not using a barbell pad for barbell squats. If you are squatting heavy weight, use a barbell pad. Thats what they were initially created for. When I was around your age squatting 150 to 180kg, a barbell pad sure helped out…

This is missing the ultimate butt builder: jumping split lunges. So basically get into a lunge position, jump up and switch legs to land on the opposite leg again into the lunge position. Absolutely KILLER butt exercise. And I HIGHLY recommend you all try substituting REPS with TIME. Instead of counting reps, set a 1 minute timer and keep going all the way to failure or until the minute is up. Even if you fail before the minute is up, just rest 3-5 seconds with deep breaths then keep going! DO 4-5 sets. Trust me, this exercise will create amazing adaptations on your glutes. Caution: YOU WILL BE VERY SORE THE NEXT DAY!😂 But that’s a good sign. Once you can easily complete 4-5 sets of 1 minute, add a small kettlebell.

PLEASE I need help. I have the rest of my routine down really well, but I HATE doing core at the gym because of my belly. The weights and machines are almost a security thing for me, so laying on the open floor and scrunching my belly is makes me super self conscious. Can you make a core video so I can pick out some potentially less triggering workouts to do in-gym?? I love all of your content so much!!!
