I get Restless Leg Syndrome, and it got worse after I started giving blood regularly. I saw a video that said it is strongly associated with low iron levels in the brain. Then I finally noticed that the information I get every time I give blood recommends taking a multivitamin with iron or a low dose iron supplement, to avoid potentially low iron levels and symptoms such as RLS. I started taking iron supplements, and No More RLS! I have dropped the two prescriptions I had tried for RLS, because the iron supplement has eliminated the problem entirely. 😊

Why should we avoid Magnesium Chloride? It seems that this form is the most natural form and absorbs well and helps produce hydrochloric acid to aid digestion. Magnesium glycinate has to be manufactured while magnesium chloride requires minimal processing.

Is it safe and effective to take different forms of magnesium together? Example ... I'm having vision and blood pressure issues and also fatigue, so I'd like to take malate and taurate together in AM (malate in AM due to stimulant). Is that ok? Are any forms NOT safe or effective to take together? OR How best would I go about using multiple different forms? Taking taurate on Mondays, and malate on Tuesdays, and threonate on Wednesdays, etc...??
