It requires you to be an artist. To come and prime a house, and not have to call the tapper back for touchups. I give you guys the utmost respect! I was a straight pole sander for almost 5 years. The plastic Richard head’s actually do a much better job. Doesn’t leave black marks and can sand out the top angle without damaging the texture. Not saying your wrong but there’s still a few more options Love your videos I train new drywallers all the time and tell them to watch your videos
@brookelord3448

For an even more versatile option, the standard pole sander comes in 3 versions. One is permanent fixed to the handle, one has male threads on the attachment and female threads on the pole, the final one is the most versatile. I prefer the sander with female threads because it attaches to a painters pole. The same pole can also be used for a broom or deck brush. If you work by yourself, it's helpful to have fewer things to carry. It's also helpful for ceilings because you can use an extention pole. The one I have has foam on the sander. So no additional foam backer is needed. It was also the cheaper option.

What about the radius 360 sander is it worth the purchase or not really wish to know I just landed my first big project at a nursing home and that's 15 units completely needing to be remodeled the whole interior got gutted and well having to scrape the popcorn off the entire ceilings n give a smooth solid finish nothing major after scraping I had to kinda float a coat or two come back and sand before shooting a primer coat I did run into a lot of scratches with the 220 sand paper as I sanded the ceilings down not sure if it was bcuz of the sand paper or if it was me when applying a bit of pressure on the sandpaper but i was able to finish off the ceilings and now im rolling paint on the walls and spraying the baseboards with the Graco magnum true airless almost completed with the whole project thank you father God for the strength and opportunity to show my skills with this big project please keep mthe work coming father it is your name that I carry and highly appreciate amen 🙏
