5-6 chicken eggs
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
Instant gelatin - 2 tablespoons l
200 ml hot salted meat broth
60-80 g of ham
50-60 g smoked chicken fillet
1/3 red pepper
1-2 sprigs of parsley
Canned corn - 30 g
canned green peas - 30g
✅ Recipe:
Take 5-6 chicken eggs
Prick the blunt side of the egg.
rub the hole in the egg
Pour the contents of the egg into a container
Do the same with the remaining eggs.
Rinse the egg molds under running water.
Pour 1 liter of water into the container
Add 1/2 tablespoon baking soda and mix.
Place the bowls in the baking soda solution for 30 minutes to disinfect.

Add 200 ml hot, salted meat stock
Let it steep for 5 minutes
mix well
Strain through a sieve and let cool.
Cut 60-80 g of ham into cubes.
Dice 50-60 g smoked chicken fillet.
Dice 1/3 of the red pepper.
1-2 sprigs of parsley in leaves
Remove the eggshells from the caustic soda and rinse under running water.
Canned corn - 30 g
canned green peas - 30 g
Fill the bowl to the top with all the mixed ingredients.
Fill each egg with the cooled gelatin solution.
Place in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
When the time is up, remove the eggs from the refrigerator.
Carefully peel the shells from each egg.
