Yeah, awesome I had the x100f but sold it, waiting for the v to go down in price a bit more but I am set on that camera being with me forever. I still have my S5pro and that I will never sell. Insane dynamic range and skin tones from a 6mp fuji super CCD. Thanks for the upload!

The V would definitely be the best X100 by far, hope you get it! And yeah, I still hang in on to my S5’s even though I no longer do weddings but totally agree with you about the DR and skin tones! Thanks for your comments as always I appreciate it!! 😎📸👍🏻

Just got the x100 a few days ago. I am in love. I upped the firm to 2.11 from 1.30 and bam ! It worked so much faster. Not to mention focus peak etc... i have a coolpix A and an XF10 and i like the images from the X100 so much better. If people ever wake up it will be worth a fortune

I’m happy for you Frank! Hope you continue to enjoy that X100. I’ve tried the other X100 models that came after, and they’re all better in their own way due to technological advances but image quality wise I’ve never felt the need to upgrade and I haven’t! You’re right, if people wake up this camera might blow up in price! I’m glad they’re enamored with the latest and greatest. Thanks for your comments! Cheers! 😎📸👍🏻

Thank you so much for covering the X100. Your X100's photos look great. But has yours had any dust problems? Because dust is only thing that really makes me hesitate about a X100S or T, and consider an X-E2s instead. A used camera store here had a cherry X100 "special edition" (all black) in its matching black box for $350. It probably had the firmware update too. But I didn't snatch it up -- might have given it to a good friend -- it was just too fine for the savage, war-torn street! Looking forward to your next video, good holidays to you and your people Mr Legend.

Hi Number Six! Thanks for checking out the video I appreciate you! As for the dust issue, surprisingly I never had it with my X100, nor did I have the sticky aperture problem and I took this thing around the world and didn’t always take good care of it. Maybe I got lucky because mine was probably in that first batch. Maybe their quality control slipped later on. Who knows what it is, maybe just pure luck. As for that cherry black X100 that’s a great price especially for a black version! As long as you get some kind of warranty I guess you’d be ok. All the best to you and yours! 😎📸👍🏻

Fun video Sam. When I was looking into getting a fixed lens every day carry camera it was between the x100 and the GR (16MB). I ended up with with the GR. I like the camera but I do miss a viewfinder that the X100 has . Maybe I will end up with the X100 classic one day. Thanks for the shutter click ;-)

Thanks Rick! Honestly for carry anywhere, unobtrusive shooting the GR will win every time but for a “camera” feel the X100 wins even though they’re both arguably point and shoots. If you do end up with the X100 classic I’m sure you’ll take awesome pics with it like you do with your classic Olympus digital cameras! Have a great weekend and nice to read your comments! 😎📸👍🏻

Bit late at the party, but thanks for this video. Was checking which one of the X100's to get. First I was thinking about the F or V, but after a lot of reading and seeing this video, I bought the original x100. The only x100 with a Bayer sensor. Going to pick it up in two days. Can't wait... Who knows, I might end up selling all my M43 Oly and Lumix stuff. ;-)

It’s never too late to party! The X100V has a lot of generational refinements, it shoots faster, has more resolution, it has more filters to play with, the lens is sharper wide open. However, in terms of image quality, stopped down a little I think you’d be hard pressed to see the differences. You made a great choice with the original X100! It’s cheaper and it will always be renowned because it was the first camera that opened the doors for Fuji in the digital arena and personally for me, I’ve always liked the Fuji Bayer sensors better than their Xtrans, I just get sharper results out of the box. Hope you learn it and enjoy it!! 😎📸👍

I just pick up the X100T in Silver 10/10 condition with 3800 Shutter Count for $575, is that a good deal?

Sounds like a good deal to me! The X100T is a higher model and in that condition the price sounds right enjoy it!
