This video presents information about the two diversion tunnels at the Oroville Dam in Butte County, California, USA. If the elevation of the Oroville Reservoir drops below 640 feet in elevation and the Edward Hyatt Power Plant has to be shut down, the River Valve Outlet System (RVOS) in Diversion Tunnel #2 is the only means of removing the remaining 850,000 acre feet of water from the reservoir.
