" Lockdown 06/2020" Every now and again trawling the internet for new talent doesn't work! I had time, so I tried panning for gold, and Oh! I found a couple of amazing nuggets! Please don't split up!

By now you're no doubt an addict. I found them a few months ago and within a couple of days had heard almost all of the songs they've posted on YT. These fellas are amazing musicians and they manage to cover songs in unusual ways that don't diminish the song at all. Case in point: I Saw Her Standing There, originally from the Beatles, now from The Other Favorites with banjo - and it works!

They're also on Spotify. And you can buy their CDs either as physical copies or digital. They also have a vinyl record. I think it's Josh's solo record. Carson has his own channel too. Check out Reina Del Cid and Toni as well. Welcome to the club!

I've been watching Josh and Carson for 6 years or so, and they have become the 21st century version of Simon and Garfunkel. What WONDERFUL musicians they are

These songs are so good that I had to check twice to make sure they weren't written by Townes Van Zandt or Willie Nelson or whatever. Pretty incredible stuff.

I've been hoping and praying Josh and Carson would come to the UK so I could see them live for years. Then I stumble across this video and find out I missed them by just a few months. Thank fuck they're back in London on June 17th! Who's joining me?!

The best band of recent times! The concert is perfect! I'm very touched! Thank you Josh and Carson for that! Reina and Toni are amazing too! I just missed the song "i shall be released" on the setlist.

About a year ago I somehow got Josh and Carson to show up on my KZitem list. So I played the video. Probably one of the best choices I have made on the Internet in 30 years. You guys are just plain awesome. Be proud, stay grounded because you two are on your way up. Good luck and God Bless.

I’d more or less given up on music since the late 1970s but these people give me hope for the future. Musicians who make music fun. Pure class.

I'm so glad so many people are discovering these truly amazing and genuine guys.... I found Josh and Carson on here 5 years ago recording a bluegrass cover of Martha My Dear... and I was hooked. I considered pasting some links to some of my favourites from them, but the joy is discovering them for yourself. I have to warn you though... just when you've found a gem and think it can't get any better... another link catches your eye... and then another... and then 3 wonderful hours later you wonder where the time has gone.
