Centuries ago, a chef creates the first great cookbook memorializing his meals cooking for popes and royalty. It serves as a blueprint and survives to this day. Now, large factory farms produce food for the masses but they’re terrible for the environment. In an attempt to remedy this, chefs and scientists are working together to create a future where what we eat is as sustainable as it is delicious. But how far will modern science go?
