From one brutha to another, holla atcha! Why I love your content ... not the boss opening with the 2x pickup trucks, one with stacked yaks, not the dual bass boats in the tackle shop custom garage, no no no ... I have much respect because for all your success, sponsors and available tools and tackle, you’re tying knots and cutting line with a tried and true 6” needle nose pliers. And from the looks of it, just a tad worn cutting that #12 braid. JUST LIKE ME! no fancy braid cutting scissors or hi-tech titanium snips. Just good ol’ pliers. I mean this with all sincerity, thank you Brian for keeping it real! ✊🏾

I started to just buy dropshot weights that don't have the silly clip in system. Just a regular line tie on top of the weight. People act like you'd rather lose your weight than the whole rig but that's ridiculous since tungsten is the most expensive part. And I've found that I almost never break off the whole rig anyways since the weight will still break if gets caught in something, but it will usually pop out unlike with the line clip system where the weight just pulls off super easily.

can you do a jerkbait combo video? I've been smashing them on a jerkbait lately (small hard jerkbait). Me and my friend caught 80+ spotted bass on a lake that is hard to catch 5 fish all day. My jerkbait rod has the perfect tip but I think I have way too much backbone. I have to be very careful to not bend out the hooks or pull the hooks. I'm using the beefy treble hooks also, not the thin wire like comes on some of them.

Maaaaan. You're incredibly fortunate to have all those baits and gear in your garage. Not saying you haven't worked for them I'm sure you have worked extremely hard for them. I'm sure you remember the days of fishing with the bear essentials. That's just about where I'm at right now still working on acquiring a good amount of soft plastics.
