It's very amazing to see that James is actually doing better in PoT compared to his gameplay in the Isle. I'm not saying that he's a bad player in every way possible but you could really notice the difference of his gameplays between the two games. He plays a lot more aggressively in PoT (especially in his Allo series) whereas in the Isle he either just gets killed after a few hours growing or just fails a hunt. But I'm glad he enjoys the game either way. I've been in your channel for years and you never fail to entertain, keep up the great content James❤

I think a big reason is PoT sets you back on death & the isle is a hard reset
@MrJomharp
Жыл бұрын
@@xxMrbojanqlezxx yeah that's one big reason too. But he clearly plays better in PoT not just because he doesn't worry about progress, but the gameplay itself is probably a lot different than the Isle. Since the isle has basic combat features and sometimes James just struggles to use those "basic combat features" whenever he's in trouble in the isle. But that's the isle, the two games are just different in their own way.

I think part of it is because PoT allows for different playing styles no matter the dino you want to play. Different attacks, different hides as well as subspecies. You can apply different strategies with different attacks whereas in the Isle you can’t do that to the same extent.

Honestly I agree with Beaver's comments on Path of Titan's monopoly chance that he starts mentioning around 8-9 minutes in. They already have a shot at conquering the board of dinosaur games, its just those few things Path of Titans can fix, add, or change that can set them even higher. Along with this, as I thought about last episode and definitely this episode with the theri and stego hunt, along with the excellent para hunt, its great seeing him learn more and more combat wise. As always, another great video Beaver!

Another tip for ya Beaver. The claw attack uses up a small amount of stamina. Which as an Allo main, you want to preserve as much stamina during a hunt as possible. If you fight anything bigger than an Allosaurus you should prioritize bites for 70% of the battle. I do however recommend using claw attack once in a while on those babies you were going after. And don't run (use stamina) unless you absolutely need to. Claw attacks are better suited against smaller faster dinos, since with their smaller combat weight they'll see significantly more bleed and have a longer bleed cool down timer than the bigger dinos will. Also, I've seen from other KZitem videos that the head bite damage thing is just a myth. Head and body bites take the same amount of damage. However tail bites attacks deal significantly less damage. So try to stay away from doing head bites on dinos with a powerful bite, like the Apex's.... Hope I could help. Take care.

What I'd really like to see from this game is different servers having different maps based on different ecological formations from the Mesozoic, like a server that's based on the Morrison Formation, or a server based on the Dinosaur Park Formation. Players also can only play as dinosaurs from those formations, so a person cannot go to the Hell Creek Formation and play as a Styracosaurus, but they can play as a Pachycephalosaurus or a Tyrannosaurus.

The idea in and of itself is cool, but looking at it from the perspective of the devs it... might not work well. See, the problem here is depending on mods to "pick up the slack" and while game devs should account for mod compatibility and all that good stuff in their games, they shouldn't depend on mods to do their jobs and i don't think the mod creators would want to be depended on so hard (or maybe they would, i dunno, i ain't one of 'em), not to mention from the perspective of players who aren't crazy about everything being 100% accurate... that sounds like it would make playing your fave dino a bit more of a hassle as you'd need good servers for every single map to be available and all that stuff. Now, if the community wanted to do something like that, i'm pretty sure they can try to get someone to make a mod for limiting the character creator to handpicked dinos and wait and see if new maps would be added an whatnot, but for the devs to do that... it sounds counterproductive, imo at least.

Just a heads up from someone who has been a daily Allosaurus player since they released it 2 years ago..... Other players tend to target Allosaurus players who use the Wildfire skin more often than usual for some reason. I have no idea why, but I get attacked by other players far more often when I equip that skin. Also, you should stick with balanced or defense for Allo. Speed build is okay at best. But the drop in defense isn't worth the almost unnoticeable amount of speed difference between speed and balanced. Especially if you're playing as a Solo Allosaurus. If you're playing with a group of others who can back you up then speed build is fine. I used to main playing as a double defense Allo and I could facetank sucho's 1v1. I started using balanced a lot more when they introduced the Rex, since it was a lot harder to avoid their bites with the slower defense builds. As of now though, the double defense Allo isn't quite as slow as I remember it being like a year ago. Anyways, you should give the balanced Allosaurus another chance. Trust me. Also, I'm glad to see you playing Path of Titans more often.

And especially at 6:34 that part was just so truly heart touching words can not describe the series of emotions I felt. I absolutely loved the climax it had insanely excellent detail. Oh and we can’t forget the conclusion. The conclusion was the greatest and saddest conclusion I have ever seen better than any of the books I have read. Thank you so much for creating this absolute masterpiece. This is essentially the most important masterpiece of film history. It is a tragedy that this, it can’t be called a film, but a transcendent emotional experience, will be inaccessible for most. It beautifully encapsulates the human struggle to its basics; suffering, pleasure, faith, despair. It connects with the characters within the viewers, individuals suppressed within our own subconscious. It stays vibrant, fresh, and revolutionizes the art of storytelling and filmmaking while making a damn of statement on what it means to be human. Entertaining, gripping, and simply exhilarating. This might be the most impactful piece of art I’ve come across in my life, and I’m definitely coming back to it in the near future to study it more deeply. this is an absolute masterpiece , I was brought to tears listening to this and seeing the bacon go whirly swirly in a circle countless times. it absolutely moved my soul , and I don't think I can ever be the same. this bacon has changed my entire mental state , I am now at peace with who I am and what I will be doing later in my life. i have forgiven all my enemies and now I am a man of a pacifist life. I will move on , gotta move on , as the song says. the bacon is so inspirational , it shares it vast wisdom with all of us , and we are all so lucky that it would bestow it's great words with us. we are all children on bacon. hail bacon. hail bacon. The spinning bacon, rotating in one direction with this music... This made me tear up. How could such a bacon do such a thing? I'm struck by awe by this masterpiece. Especially when the bacon spins, showing its lightly salt covered tan skin. I can hear the crunch just from here, and so as the beautiful sound of the bacon scraping the dark, smooth velvet floor. The flavor, music and everything can be heard, tasted, seen and felt from a screen. You can really hear the breaths between the music artist, empathizing her love for this rotating bacon. Truly what I call modern art. This was the most legendary performance by any piece of bacon I have ever watched. The acting was top tier and very life changing. This is one of the greatest work from a piece of bacon I have ever seen especially on 57:42.I am currently crying so hard right now. Tt absolutely moved my soul , and i don't think I can ever be the same. this bacon has changed my entire mental state , I am now at peace with who I am and what I will be doing later in my life. i have forgiven all my enemies and now I am a man of a pacifist life. I will move on , gotta move on , as the song says. the bacon is so inspirational , it shares it vast wisdom with all of us , and we are all so lucky that it would bestow it's great words with us. we are all children on bacon. hail bacon. hail bacon. The rat, rotating in one direction with this music... This made me tear up. How could such of a rat do such a thing? I'm struck by awe by this masterpiece. Especially when the rat spins, showing its lightly salt covered tan skin. This was the most legendary performance by any bacon I have ever watched. The acting was top tier and very life changing. This is one of the greatest work from a bacon I have ever seen especially on 17:24. I am currently crying so hard right now. This is seriously the most beautiful, well put together story ever. I can’t believe how magical it was 1:12. That part truly made me shed a tear. And especially at 6:34 that part was just so truly heart touching words can not describe the series of emotions I felt. I absolutely loved the climax it had insanely excellent detail. Oh and we can’t forget the conclusion. It beautifully encapsulates the human struggle to its basics; suffering, pleasure, faith, despair. The work put in to this is incredibly inspiring. The graphics, the animation, the music, so much thought was put into it. This has remined me that you can do anything you put your mind to. Not even mentioning the memories, this makes me feel like an infant again, just laying my eyes on this beautiful masterpiece gives me all the good feelings in life. I also understand what happiness is again from this. Not even to mention the most incredible part that is 2:10. Bacon spinning has changed my life for the better. It connects with the characters within the viewers, individuals suppressed within our own subconscious. I cried, beat off, and also watched a movie while watching this premiere. This has made me go through so much. I passed depression because of this. It really inspired me to become an outstanding young man. Thank you.

I love this series. As much as the Isle entertained, Path of Titans takes it to another level. Awesome content? See the GamingBeaver

I love when you play the original walking with dinosaurs music. I can't find the original on DVD but I still have my VHS tapes with commercials. All others I find are different and with different narrators.

Beaver i know your loving path of titans, and i am too, but id love to see you try out Far Cry primal on expert difficulty, with survivor mode and permadeath on. The game gets much more real and id love to hear your commentary especially after your original series was one of my favorite ever on your channel

i hope to have a nesting ability in the future. it would be cool it have that option to have points from hatching a baby and people can see that your nest has an egg and they can choose to hatch out of it but you have to keep the egg safe and like what james said you could steel the eggs for food
